Hello, there are a number of things that need to be discussed here. I will mention them all, then go into more detail.
1) You constantly metagamed us, joining our TS room, messaging me, being abusive, trolling us by driving round in circles for a very long time, despite being told to leave the area and leave us alone.
2) This is not RDM. We initiated before shooting, you were fully aware that we did not want you in the area, and gave you multiple warning shots, shouted at you, and you kept circling. This is simply to intimidate and harass us, because you feel "hard done by" that you were removed from the group. This is AFTER you stopped next to us, beeped your horn multiple times, and being told to leave.
3) You NEVER attempted to sort this out. Shown below is a screenshot of our conversation showing how you metagamed, and refused to speak to us, preferring instead to file a report straight away. Following your death, we at no point told you to "Fuck off" - This is simply a lie.
4) You were out to provoke. Your behaviour throughout this was to troll us, as a direct result of being expulsed from the group. re-joining TS multiple times despite not being in ADF, being told to leave, and subsequently kicked multiple times only to rejoin. Driving in circles for close to 20 minutes. Inappropriate behaviour as far as I am concerned.
Metagaming
You were fully aware that we were there because you kept on coming into the teamspeak and listening. You approached us and started attempting to provoke us through teamspeak and in game, despite being told to leave. As shown in the screenshot above, it is very obvious that you were in our teamspeak listening, refusing to leave despite being told to leave, AND furthermore using information gained from metagaming to organise an attack against us with N.L.A. This is completely unacceptable as far as we are concerned. After you died, you continued to threaten us through teamspeak, as shown in the screenshot.

I have to conclude that you were looking for a situation like this in order to report us, due to the fact that you hold some animosity against us due to your removal from the group.
As I have now mentioned multiple times, you were warned to leave the area. Told to leave also on TS. You were trolling us, which to be fair, based on our experiences with you, is not at all out of character. We will shortly be posting evidence to support the initiation of RP and warning shots. All of these efforts combined gave you ample opportunity to leave.
Having discussed this with mentors on teamspeak, telling you to leave and warning shots are appropriate initiation of RP.

Trolling
I do not need to expand on this either, however as far as I am aware, trolling, and your behaviour on teamspeak is bannable and you are lucky we haven't escalated the situation, as we recognize that you are obviously not completely aware of your own actions. Circling round us also shows a total lack of value for life considering what your aim was.
To conclude, this is your second garbage report. Speaking personally, as far as I am concerned you are an immature, toxic player who is an incredibly ineffective communicator. To elaborate - During your trail period with us, you have shown potential, however constantly messing around during operations, being abusive to the administration team and other members both in chat and in voice on multiple occasions, being removed from the group, appealing, and being let in with support from the tactical training team, only to continue your behaviour and NOT learn from the consistent feedback provided to you shows that you are simply not a good fit for our group.
Now you are making threats to make more trash reports, wasting our time, the Altis Life administration's time, and leaving us with a very bad taste in our mouths regarding taking on new members. My final piece of advice for you is to grow up and be mature, deal with situations like an adult and think logically. And don't lie in reports. Thanks.

Edit: To remove ambiguity - you can see in your own video very clearly, you coming into the TS again after dying, making threats, then leaving. Also shown is when you used information gained by metagaming in order to arrange a hit on us.
