Report RDM Alex and George (Rejected but with warning)

The story is.

Description of what happened:
I was going to the hospital to get healed, when i see 2 trucks parked there, i get out of car and i see 2 guys 1 with a Assault rifle out (he got it from killing Capo in RDM) that was george, the other guy was Alex he was innocent at this point. I restrained George for illegal firearm and havin it out in public.

After 10-15 sec of talking Alex unrestrains George and shoots me, even tho im no threat beacuse of the fact that i have no lethal weapon on me. Not only do they shoot me but without warning and without roleplay, they didnt even think of knocking me out, only killing. I believe it was RDM from my point of view.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes i was able to talk to him he recorded it all but he does not want to post the video beacuse i think he knows he RDMed. I recorded the conversation. 
 
 
I was not able to record this since i thought they played by the rules so i had no need to record, but Alex recorded the whole thing and he said he would post the video. However i was able to record Alex saying he recorded the whole thing but since i didnt have the recordings he had no reason to post it, well why not? maybe beacuse it was RDM.

I am posting a report under here aswell, since it is about the same players.



Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): George (about 15 minutes later there joined a second George on the server)



Time & Date this happened: 15-11-2014 around 10.00 AM



Description of what happened: I found 2 vehicles in the warehouse behind the drug dealer after questioning him. The registration belonged to the person that had been dealing, so I planned on waiting for him when he returned. While reporting a vehicle that was searched for in Kavala, George instantly kills me. While dealing drugs I believe shooting on sight is allowed, but since this was away from the dealer and there was only a suspicion this was a poor attempt.



Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I texted george in game, he said the reason was obvious and did not want to go for trial.

I don't have a video, I just said I did cause you wouldn't stop whining. You behaved like you are a cop, and didnt even rp before you restrained George, and after he killed you in self defense you started spamming the side chat, about rdm n shit like that. You went for George coz you knew he had a big bounty, and you didn't manage to collect it, and then you got mad and started spamming side.

But I will explain the situation from our pov from the start.

We were at the hospital, you came and straight up tazed George. No rp, nothing. 

And you restrained him. After that I unrestrained him. If that's not allowed, I'm sorry I didn't know, read nothing about it in the rules. So you can go ahead and ban me for that. 

And then George tried to run away, and the guy chased after him with his submachine gun. So George turned around and killed him. So basically, the bounty hunter did no rp at all, only after he restrained him, and when he got free, he threatened him with his gun. 

I, myself had no gun at all, and did nothing except for unrestraining George. So if that's against the rules, I will accept the ban.

In the second situation, I told George to make an account in the forums to explain it himself , but he had to leave.

So from what I was told, yes he killed the cop on sight. He knew he found the trucks and believed the cop knew about the drugs and would try to arrest him. So he thought it was allowed to shoot him on sight, like when the cops come while you rob a gas station. 

So he apologises if it was against the rules, but it seemed like a grey area. He tried to explain it to Capo ingame too with messages.

Finally, we have never rdm'd or trolled or caused trouble in the server. It's our favourite server because of the hardcore rp. We have around 100 hours in Arma, out of which 90 must be on this server. 

If we broke the rules it's because we misunderstood them, and if that's the case we apologise.

But from my pov, the bounty hunter broke the rules, and george merely defended himself.

In the situation with Capo, I really have no idea.

Well, thats our defense I guess, I apologise on behalf of George to officer Capo if he broke the rules. I can promise that if it is, it wont be repeated.

If the admins decide to ban us, well be it.

Hardcore RP? i havent seen any of that from you two.

Yeah like your great bounty rp.  

Another guy today called you out. 

And I just passed by catching you telling lies that I said my name to you.

Every guy you try to arrest, calls you out about not roleplaying and just tasing them and restraining them. 

So spare me the lecture. You are the worst bounty hunter in the server. You never rp and when you do it's all lies like "you told me your name yesterday".

I don't have anything more to add, I'll leave this to the admins.

Well new life rule applies only upon death. So the day after counts.

And yet you say always, ive busted countless people who havent seemed to bother at all, and havent been dissatisfied with my arrest at all. Now im sad to hear that you think im a liar, because im not and that is the last thing i want people to think.

Unfortunately the first report here has to be dismissed for lack of evidence however, the second video is a grey area as there USED to be rules about being able to open on police fire while selling drugs. It is no longer in the current rules. I will confirm this later.

This isnt near the drug dealer... i see this as RDM so going forward learn to RP shooting the police
