Description of what happened:i am pc and i was responde for agios fuel stetion
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: HE was glitch while he restrain
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No i wasent have time for it its was extrem time :/

and i was try role play but he wasent likstinig for me

What Rule Was Broken ?: HE ARAC  and he killed me  while i was patrol and try solve some sitoetion ITS swas RUSH TIME 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: YEs I was Tell Him not do it an dhe keep and i was tell him not shoot me or will be reported

You shot i was at 50hp by you as you were shooting at someone else then flicked around and hit me, you then turn around and shoot rubbers at civs which are about 3Ms, you then go behind a car and say "hands up or die" (something along the lines of that i heard "die") you then reload your gun, as you hit me to 50 hp already i thought you were going to kill me so i shot you....
 
You shot about 4 civs, for 0 reason without saying a word with rubbers. i just don't understand the report.

You post 6 i mean SIX lines of ts3 chat to try and get me banned without even talking to me about it ? i just don't understand this at all.

Also you never tired to sort this issue out with me it was ME who asked you why you broke NLR due to you got back up about 2 mins after ?

I asked the only other person i knew who was on at this time after all of this, you could of made it as easy as "someone got me up" but it was combat still, YET you told another officer to get you up.
 
PS: Joe did not know at all that combat was still on etc, as you can see sea lion told him it was ok so joe did nothing wrong here.

I Was the guy sea lion was shooting at in the first place, so hes the story. Firstly he rubbers me, then 180's and leathels  everyone in the vicinity  and kills one hobo, then starts leatheling shannon and just as hes about to kill him, shannon pulls out a pistol and pops a cap in his head for self defence? 

what are you thinking Sea lion?

I did not see him kill anyone i saw him rubber people tho, i had red/yellow chain tho.

 
I did not Shoot you to 50HP I do not use lethal, hence why you said I rubber bulleted people, I got shot at and that person must have shot you, I crouched next to the cars at Abay and you the ARAC guy shot me

hmm i could of been hit by the guy who was shooting you maybe, i'm not 100% sure. sorry about that. 

At the time i thought you hit me to 50 hp~ then you rubber me ? 

I am quite confused now.

Been moved to action taken for the first guy, and i'm not banned so......is the report on me still active ?

 
just thought I would add my piece as a fellow police officer (off duty), witness and also involved in the incident. (I will keep it as short and to the point as possible)

PC IL Sea Lion was arguing and arresting 2 civilians and had a crowd around him,I went over to try and see what was going on and possibly help him out, A quad bike is flying up and down the road knocking everybody down a few people take shots at the driver but the PC takes no notice and threatens to report people out of RP. anyway to cut to the chase  somebody tries to steal Sea Lions SUV, he fires rubbers at them and the tyres, he and others are then shot from the right across the road from Abay shop. he turns and fires rubber bullets at me, Snowflake and iv'e been told 2 civilians behind me first of all you should not just shoot everyone in the vicinity just because you get shot and secondly what would of happened if they were lethal s? there would be 4 or more dead civilians.

As we got back up PC Sea Lion shouts hands up or I'll shoot (not taze) pointing his gun at snowflake. snowflake in my opinion defended himself and about 3 other civilians by shooting him with his pistol, I would do the exact same if i was in snowflakes position and also said in direct that if snowflake didn't kill him i would of had to. sorry to be blunt but this PC really needs more training as I have seen other incidents with this PC Sea Lion.

It was chaos in kav, lots of VDMers etc.
