Which Server did this happen on: server 2
 
Description of what happened: I was Driving my Truck Full of  copper ingot about 80+ Approx. I was heading towards the Copper dealer and as you know the truck does not go very fast so i was sticking to the speed limit and was on the correct side of the road when from no where a cop car ( PCSO Chris Coburn ) from no where smashed into the back of me causing his cop car to blow up and my truck to explode . 
I would like a refund for the stuff i lost , ( Truck 120k , Copper 80+ Ingot )
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Ramming the life out of my truck
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: no he was not on ts he disconnected soon after

I do not have a video as i wa saving space on my cpu and ram for other tasks i had running but i assure you this is legit. 
There was another player infront of me who can be a witness for what happened .

lol unless you have video proving that, you have no claim be it reporting him or compensation pal. sorry to say in this scenario the admin will surely dismiss it as all you have there is a screen shot which doesnt show the situation, for all anybody knows it was a complete accident.

 
The other player who was in front of you desynced right into my car and it hit me so hard I flew into you, I had no clue what happened when it kicked me out the car and then 2 seconds later the cars blew up. It was the other player who hit directly into me therefore I don't think I could have avoided this in anyway. You also re spawned straight away even though an officer arrived on the scene ready to assist us both as there was no medics online. You weren't wanted or anything I was just following my partner in my car when you were stopped on the side of the road, attempting to keep driving on the road, Desync hit.

I was in front of him and didn't desync at all I pulled over to the side of the road and you ran into the back of Jurassic blowing your car and his truck up. Another cop arrived on scene offered no apology and set up road works. Nice that you would claim desync though considering you drove way over speed limit with no lights or siren on into another player

Well the player in question has now admitted the explosion and is ovcourse trying to blame it on dsync. What i have worked out about this server is you NEEEEEEEED video software CONSTANTLY on because there is problem after problem happening . So people on a tight budget have a less chance of having fun on the server as they may not be able to constantly record . But i can keep that in mind when sever switching  :Banhammer:

Thanks for confirming this supersteve. But im guessing because there is no video no action will be taken which is complete rubbish 

 
regardless feller, unless you can prove it was malicious in nature and/or intentional , you have no chance of this being accepted. sorry to say.

 
I don't know what you are trying to achieve here, as a police officer I would not have been speeding number one, number two I wouldn't have randomly hit into your car for no reason. I didn't save my shadow play as I didn't think anything would occur from desync. Obviously your friend will be giving his side of the story however if I am correct, Your friend wouldn't see if he was desyncing or not, your friend was rubber banding all over the place even when I slowed down I was still wacked into by him.

 
I wasn't desyncing at all if I was I would have smashed into his truck or he would have told me, I'm not his friend we were just working together. I was pulled over at the side of the road moving things from inventory. You are at fault here. It is very clear your are at fault from you driving like an idiot into the back of huge truck that is very easy to see. You never said anything in sidechat either as to apologise.

What has being a cop got to do with it. Doesn't matter if a cop or not you drove too fast into another person

I can't say anything in side chat since we have a separate side chat channel.

I'm not saying i'm invincible to punishments, I'm saying that as a police officer, since I enforce the law I wouldn't be breaking it myself.

I'm done responding therefore lets leave this up to the admins.

Excuse me ?... 1 Hes not my Friend he was a player that was in the area at the time . 2 If he was dsyncing then i myself would of noticed it and reminded him of that .  i ASSURE you that you was speeding with NO lights on . You came out of no where and smashed the life out of my truck. Police officer or not  this doesnt make you invincible to punishment. Hold responsibility for your actions

Also to you ' I dont have a side chat ' ... Why didnt you tell your cop friend to say sorry on your behalf ... Your digging yourself deeper into a hole . Yes leave it to admins to decide im sure they have enough to go by to show your at fault here

Well let me come on the field then because i was the officer in charge of Chris, we were driving two vehicles, and we were chasing a red hatchback sport heading towards kavala, at the time you blew up i turned around and was the officer putting down all the barriers and all this, at the moment he blew up he told me straight away that one car desynced into the other, which resulted in two vehicles blow up, besides the only thing you lost is gear, your T storage will remain in the vehicle at the restart.

If he had sirens and lights on i cannot deny or confirm. but he was not speeding for fun.

I dont even know the guy who was infront of me but i can certainly say he did not dsync or i would of noticed that and not even bothered to report this .

Anyway its over my head now i dont really care about this now its not going to go nowhere without a video so whats the point. One thing i will suggest and its a server rule is ' Officers still have to stick to the road speed limits unless in an emergency with lights and sirens ON then speed limits may be exceeded ' so maybe give your little guy a heads up next time he is on patrol :) :cookiexmas:

ADMIN you have permission to deny this as i cant be bothered to argue no more  all i ask is the police have more RP skills and be watched closely because they all suck badly

Woaw woaw woaw... i just have to stop you there.

What is this about RP skills did you talk with him after you crashed? or even before?

Do the police suck? try ask how many things we have to respond all the time.

And then try to think how many vehicles who actually fails to pull to the side of the road when we come speeding with sirens and lights, people are living in their own world, and does not even give a shit about medics or police coming with sirens.

Saying this that we all suck badly, is the most stupid thing i have ever heard.
