I arrested this man and took him back to the police department, when we got there he disconnected to avoid being punished by me. I couldn't get him out of the car and when I hopped into his seat he disappeared, meaning he logged. I couldn't find him on TeamSpeak therefore I couldn't try and resolve the situation.
