Report a Player - Wong Cheng, Jake Sheppards and Crumpets - RDM (Action Taken)

First time I talk in this forum. What I am gonna do is just that i want to make clear that in the moment I say "He is Rob Roberts" in my recording, I am talking out of RP of course and not ingame, soo nobody else than my teammates can hear me. I am not sure if that's actually metagaming because no one but just me and my friends heard that. If it is, my apologizes because it was a big mistake i did.

You can see in the video they clearly initiated on all of us intentianally or not. How were we to tell they only wanted wongchang? We were sitting right next to them. Also, we did come to teamspeak. Sadly my Plays.TV is not working and just realised it hasnt since the 64 bit update, anyone know how to get videos back or if they are stored anywhere different now? 

This report regarding the evidence at hand, Popka has deleted the video of his POV but showed the initation where WongChange ran away, in your video the rules and people I would like to get warnings of some sort, WongCheg could be classed as responsible for his friends actions as I really don't understand why he wouldn't stop and just state he had friends, we had pistols and were heavily outnumbered too, to me thats Fail RP we could have killed you easily but wanted your gear and was going to track you down in the houses. Anyways the person who killed me was not involved at all. What your stating is that I could drive past someone being robbed and shoot the robber and thats fine. It doesnt matter if your gang members friends or anything, from what I have heard from Admins I believe Stuart himself, you must state you have other people in the area and we usually send a warning shot to make them aware. You just drove past we did not mention a car we said "hands up" not get out the CAR or stop the car and the killer shot me from down the road. I believe Yu Ming is involved in another report as he is one of your gang members and again shot a gang member with no initiation again. You proceeded to take me into the Hospital GZ which I didn't even think about as a rule break but if your stating its still an active gun fight after the two people you clearly saw you had murdered it is a rule break. In your video you also are talking about GZ and did more so after the video ends. and finally you executed me which I have quoted. You cannot just revive me, take my gear, I complied (when you revived me I could have easily popped a shot, the restraining on the ground doesn't work, but I let you to continue the Roleplay in the hope you would leave me alive, gear or no gear) and then rob my stuff and kill me with literally no RP. Sadly there is no evidence of this yet but it was such bad RP taking me out and shooting me while I am complying and begging for my life. Crumpets - the execution of a complying civ in restraints and driving to the GZ with a hostage, Jack (Whoever killed me) - killing me an innocent civ being robbed and my friend Ravoman Rob Roberts when not initiated on as well as meta-gaming my friends location while downed. WongCheng - tbh mate you should have just stayed and killed us, RP'd a bit but really you haven't broken any rules and you urself have stated you don't want to be responsible for your friends, you seem a new player, I havent seen you around much but just get better RP think what you would do in a real life situation, I almost wish we did shoot you now just as then your friends would have clearly been RDM'ing. Also when I played yesterday driving around in a Quilin waiting for me and my gang to leave Kavala and then knocing me out again with no initation infront of a police officer next to a car crash and saying I murdered him just to get revenge for this report is all meta gaming, try playing without name tags. Trust me it'll get you used to it a lot faster. I don't know how you want to deal with this @Stuart but I feel rules have been broken and I am mostly annoyed with their attitude on TS and on this thread where you are so adamant and rude, all I wanted was an apology tbh. I don't really want to be playing with people like you on the island with lack of knowledge on rules and playing as if its wasteland. Let the staff decide and if anyone could help with the Plays.TV problem it would help, even on manual recording its not coming up but it is on all my other games?

You started that, and now, you are just telling me you have 0 evidences? What a waste of time...

 
i will tell you again i got nothing to do what my friend did what they do is there own action i had no contact with them as you can here on the video... running away is not braking a rule i still cant see my part in this? and you speak only with crumpet on ts so where you talk abouth? you lets us wait for a video that you dont have i just want that this report can be handelt richt now

 
WongCheng i said you didn't have much part in this except being there when I was executed for no reason. I do have the video I imagine its in a different file since the update. Plays.tv is shit ive spent tme looking. I came into public room two with all of you and so did popka and then crumpets told me to move to 3 and we did and a police officer who saw the ordeal through a darter asked why were u shooting innocent civs you were proper rude and then left. 

 
After reviewing this report and the evidence I can see, I do have a few points that will be brought up.

To start with @Jim87878 I can understand regarding the proof and that it was deleted since being uploaded and issues some people have with play tv, However on reports we do require evidence of what actually happened in order to proceed with reports. Now in this case the reported have provided some evidence of the situation and I will handle this report based from that video as no more can be provided on this report.

Now I am unable to say what Wong Cheng said in game and what you said Jim after the sports hatchback left, However when there the only thing you guys asked was for them to put their hands up. From the video it looks like Wong Cheng just run away however without video proof of after the sports hatchback left I am unable to determine what else was said if anything.

Now within the video itself you can see that someone in the car mentions running into the greenzone, Now if you know that you yourself was initiated on why consider running into the greenzone ? I know this didn't happen however it was mentioned within the video. 

Lets move on to when Jake Sheppard was killed by @ravoman (Aka Rob Roberts). Now Jake did give information out whilst down and didn't hotmic it within direct chat as per rule (5.4) This is an NLR Rule he broke here. Also listening after he did call Rob Roberts out within TS to his friends after he was killed by him, Could be seen as metagaming however they never acted on that information as such. 

After watching the video further I saw that Jake Sheppard again broke rule (5.4). He enganged in combat within 15 minutes after being revived. With this rule you are not allowed to get into combat yourself however if you was shot at then fair enough you can defend yourself however in this situation it's clear he activally went back into a gunfight without any regard for the rules. Rule broken is below.

The next part I would like to touch on is Yo Ming. Now I will leave him out of this report as their is another report up against him. Not to sure why @Crumpets was reported in this as from what I can see by the evidence he didn't do nothing wrong within this situation so no action will be taken upon him.

In regards to taking the hostage into the greenzone. Now from what it looks like the reason you was all in the greenzone was to work out who was going with whom. I wouldn't consider this as a rulebreak as such as they didn't take you out there, nor abuse the area in anyway. In regards to the poor RP leading to the execution there is no proof of that as the recording from Jack's point did stop as they left kavala.

For my conclusion on this report. The only one from this report that broke server rules was Jack Sheppard due to breaking NLR rule (5.4). As stated above Yu Ming will be delt with in the other report. Due to Jack breaking this rule twice in a short time he will receive a ban for this.
