                                                                                                                  Vixie Pixie and William Howard.

As we we're flying our Huron whilst slingloading a Qilin we spotted two HEMTT Boxes coming from Poseidon lands, we assume they're transporting diamonds and attempt to intercept their transport with the intent to steal the cargo.
We make a tactical insertion with the Qilin and catch up to the HEMTTs, at "Athira crossroads" I attempt to verbally initiate on the HEMTT but they travel too fast, we catch up to them once more and I re-initiate on the second HEMTT and fire on its back wheels just as they enter 'Greenzone'.

They then proceed to Combat Store the vehicles and as I tell them to get back out on the road they reply "We just stopped at the 'Greenzone', mate". It is at this point that I open my "tablet" to see their names for the purpose of this report.

My attempts to resolve the situation was made with "// <TEXT>", trying to explain what they've done wrong and how they should do in the future. Had they simply replied with something along the lines of "Oh, okay. We understand. Sorry" then all of this could have been avoided. 

They did offer to take their HEMTTs out from their garages again and let us inspect them, but there is no way for me to know;
1) If it's the same HEMTT
or
2) If they'd removed the items

We tried to resolve the matter, we had a long and arduous conversation about who was right and wrong but due to the unclear circumstances and your clear disregard for resolution, etc you just shouting at us constantly that we were going to be deported instead of reasoning. On the first attempted initiation, we had no clear way to know we were being chased I myself had no idea that we were being initiated on at the time since I don't play with my earplugs all the way in since I find the silence uncomfortable, this applied by the sound of the heron and the airport made it nearly impossible to hear. I am only going to respond to the points made in this thread and none of the ones you made in-game since these are more sensible. May I continue, at the time between the first attempted initiation and second initiation, there was no clear indication that we were being chased. My friend Vixa manages to enter the green zone without any knowledge of us being mugged until I get initiated on right on the border of the green zone. This may have been a right cause for concern but since I was already partially inside of the green zone I assumed I was free to go. After I stored my empty HEMTT you offered us to leave it behind if we took out or HEMTT's again which we did but at the time of us doing that you had changed your mind. I just wanted no trouble. This is when we had our argument and an admin had been called in and he informed me that he should make a report or talk in Teamspeak if he had a problem with it.

This along with the low-quality initiation that instead of reinitiation they acted on it instead of reinstating from what we can see in the video and the aftermath of them telling us that we will be deported repetitively makes it extremely hard to take them serious along with their RP.

I think that we are in innocent since at the time I had no idea I was being chased and I was intercepted right on the border of the green zone, poor RP and your clear disregard for resolution.
The administrator that reminded us of the report in-game said that we would just get a warn if we did not respond but I wanted to at least try and defend myself. I have a recording if my view as proof that we could not hear them if needed but I am currently residing at my dad's for the week and I will be back to collect recording from my Mum's around Monday next week if nothing changes. Thanks!

Alright i watched the evidence provided. And readed all the comments. 
First off all,

This is a false statement, If someone breaks rules it totally up to staff discretion, What punishment comes out. 

Okey now to the report itself. @Drex in you first initiation, it was not Clear what you intentions were. They past you on full speed. 
You were not even able to finish your sentence. So you keep following the trucks before you even arrive truck 1 is already in the Greenzone. 
Then you decide to initiate on the 2nd truck just on the border of the Greenzone. It was impossible for the truck driver to react and stop outside the GZ. 
In my eyes it is a bit silly to initiate right on the border of the Gz. And then come to a report a player. Ans say they fleed to GZ. I dont see any issues with this. 
it would be a different story when your first initiation was fully made. therefore Report will be rejected.
