Please (in detail) describe the incident: Will has originally uploaded this video as he was upset regarding the situation himself although has since taken it down video after someone pointing out to him that it is self-incriminating, the video provided clearly shows a rule breach of (G3.1) OOC Information - Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban. This includes but is not limited to: Twitch Streams, forum information and Steam messages.

Will has clearly tabbed out multiple times and watched the stream to gain an advantage over the ingame situation, Will has stated the following when questioned regarding his actions - https://i.gyazo.com/60f151aefc39fe9fb3ef27f796843652.png To me this seems a poor excuse and the moment Will realised his self-incrimination to which he followed up with removing the original video.

Will has been a member of the community long enough to know the rules and as shown in the video will happily call others out when he believes there is unfair play against him but shows no interest in playing fair himself.

@Will BostonCould you tell me why you were checking the stream while you were engaged in the same situation as the streamer? Was it to gain an advantage over the situation?

I had coozer his stream open because i was geuinenly watching his stream before i launched fivem and started playing. When i started playing i muted coozers his streamsound. At all time i had no intention to metagaming coozer or either gain advantage to win the situation. This situation started with no roleplay from the police side. RPUK always stated ''to be in a whitelisted group you should always give others  the best roleplay you can give them''. In this situation the cops did not even try to have a roleplay scenario with me. Louis wasnt a part of this situation so it didnt affect him either other police officers on duty. I know i havent made a lot of friends thats why this report is up but that is oke...  .I stated before Louis said in his report that he was speaking the truth? There was no sign of him trying to resolve this with me he just wants me to get banned.

@Will Boston, what are you referring to when you say that this situation started with no roleplay from Police side? If there's a moment that you are referring to in the video a timestamp would be useful so that I know exactly at what you are referring to. I would also like to point out that it does not matter if Louis was affected by your actions or not a report was made and we will deal with it from here on out. Another question I have for you Will, is why did you delete the video?

The way I see it, correct me if I am wrong but this is a picture of a conversation where you contacted Will, right? Or was that someone else contacting Will?

The video says enough right? As soon as i went in to prison the roleplay went from 10 to 0 real quick. I think i deleted the video because it was on my personal youtube channel that shows my first and lastname so after being backstabbed i really cant be asked getting doxed by the sane guy.

The way I see it, correct me if I am wrong but this is a picture of a conversation where you contacted Will, right? Or was that someone else contacting Will?

Your trying so hard to get me banned hahaha, the truth is that i had a normal conversation with @Antonio Garcia after i asked him to send me the video while i was not behind my pc. After that we talked about a lot off random stuff regarding the server. So do me a favour and actually take your time to look for something to get me banned. Instead of talking crap.....?

 I can confirm, yes we did talk about the server further on in the conversation, but what started the conversation was me basically asking was you metagaming another players stream. After you answered (which can be seen in the screenshot above) I felt that I had gotten the answer from you and therefore did not continue to question you on the matter.

Since when can the person who is reporting a player ask somebody else to  talk about a problem/solve a problem? What kind of stupid logic is that? I did had a conversation with @Antonio Garciabefore this holl report even was up, so there was no intention to solve something at all? It was just a normal conversation about what happend and what we both thought about the server.

I felt that I had gotten the answer from you and therefore did not continue to question you on the matter.

Alright, I think it's time to wrap this report up, I have reviewed all the evidence and all the replies to the questions I had.

Will, you will not be receiving a ban for (G3.1) OOC Information, the reason being from the evidence that I reviewed I genuinely do not believe you could have got any knowledge from tabbing out for that short amount of time, I will admit it was very fishy, hence why I believe the report was done, to summarise looking at everything I do not think you benefited from it whatsoever, the stream was muted as well so that is all good. In the future please do be careful when you are playing the game and you are at the same time watching a stream of the person you just got into a situation with. Do what you did mute it up but next time don't tab out during the situation itself to avoid a situation like this or you might find yourself with a different result than today.

As for the officer who was a hostage, which I believe is John Black, I will be giving you a warning for (G2.4) Value of Life , when you are in a situation like you yourself were, Will had the gun on you most of the time, no one in their right mind would try playing Rambo at that moment, I get you might have seen an opportunity in that whole situation when another officer showed up, but Will had a gun pointed to your head pretty much constantly and you should have valued your life better.

Hopefully next time we can see some better roleplay from Police when it comes to things like hostages and that there is actually a better Roleplay interaction taking place before just straight up initiation, there is so much that could have been done there, negotiation, trade of the hostage for the prisoner, a lot of possibilities that have unfortunately been missed.

As for the whole report, I believe this all could have been talked out easily instead of being taken here in the first place.
