Well me and my friend decided to rob someone at metal export when we landed we inititated and after awhile he tried to escape so he was driving to kavala garage greenzone and stored the hemmet box after he stored the hemmet box he ran to another greenzone from that greenzone to police officers. I asked him many times after if he can come teamspeak but he didn't want to come. Firstly, Please do not land in the green zone (as seen at the end of the video) - Have a quick refresh of rule (2.13) for me.

Now to the report; You have a video of what appears to show WarfareWarrior combat storing the truck, but you also claim that the player fled into the GZ.

Evidently 2 rule breaks are more serious than 1, so do you have video evidence showing this (ideally continuing from the end of the first video)? 

As yet we cannot see any breach of rule without a video (6.1.6) - "You must not exploit the green zone to avoid ongoing hostile roleplay. Retreating into a green zone is forbidden".

however @warfarewarrior, you stand accused of breaking rule (2.6) "Combat storing, such as storing a vehicle whilst you are being chased or to prevent roleplay will result in a permanent ban".  would you care to comment or make any statement in your defense?

 
hi, yes i was held up i did as i was told when robbed but asked for my key to my truck which i clearly did not want to hand over i was ready to be killed but they shot out my tyres instead while trying to escape so i could clearly only go straight or spin out, i was a while away from the green zone and they were still chasing me in the chopper so they could follow me as long as they wished, as seen in the video i was driving and seen a police officer pull in to car park which i screamed for help he asked me to follow him and get in his car so i did put mine but by then they seemed to have turned and left me until the police officer told me to get in his car(which wouldnt let me) so we went on foot i was demanded to leave and go to team speak for about 3 minutes while me and the someone else think it was the officer which spoke in ooc chat that i cant because i'm in roleplay being questioned by the police so he instantly left the game and come to report me on here, i don't know if you can see but i went to the carpark because i seen an officer go in there and i was screaming for his help which he did indeed help me and they backed off, my truck was only stored because i was told to follow the officer which i clearly couldnt do with that truck and i run about 2 seconds down the road to which the officer was waiting for me.

 
I appreciate that you didnt want to be robbed and if you feel you can escape from a robbery situation then you may do so, however your story doesn't quite match up with the video. 

In the video you can be seen storing your truck having been chased down kavala and being shot at. It appears that you even wave at the people in the heli after storing it. 

You mention that your tyres are shot so you can only go straight... It does therefore seem odd that you were able to turn into the kavala garage and store your vehicle.

We can see the police drive into the garage area, but cant see your conversation with the police office in the car, however it can only have been brief, if you have video of this then it might help corroborate your story.

Regardless of this, you can't store your vehicle if you are being chased, likewise you cannot go into a green zone if you are being chased or to avoid hostile roleplay, regardless of what a police officer might have told you (they may not have known the full story/you were being chased etc).

"my truck was only stored because i was told to follow the officer which i clearly couldnt do with that truck" why not? by combat storing the truck and fleeing to a green zone, you denied the other players a chance to roleplay/steal your truck/rob you, clearly against the rules I previously mentioned.

because i could clearly still hear shots so could the officer, i even spoke to the officer again later on and he said to make sure i tell you i was held up by police (him) ... stop making up your own rules u help me up i did as i was told and i seen officer , that was intended to stop ordering me to team speak because he was told by me and the officer that i'm not because i was in RP, i got in to the car park out of desperation after seeing the officer, which i thought screaming to the police and them backing off i was ok to do so, he did not give me nowere near enough time to even go to team speak.

 
Well garage is a greenzone but yes i will try to get you the video after the garage too when i get on the computer

 
As I said, you are not permitted to retreat into a green zone (even if police tell you to) as it is a server rule.

However you still swore at someone in OCC chat, fled into the kavala garage green zone, combat stored your vehicle, and refused to try and resolve this.

There are many ways you could have dealt with being robbed which don't result in multiple rule breaks.

You say they didnt give you enough time to go to teamspeak but here are the chat logs:

It looks to me like they were willing to wait for you until you are done, but you refused (and swore at them).

We appreciate mistakes can be made, however we need to be convinced they are genuine mistakes rather than excuses.

I will wait for a subsequent video from Omega before making my decision.

 
I'm sorry if i'm a bit aggresive in the video but we got enough of people breaking the rules hardcore we can't roleplay at all we got RDM today three times. And i alredy posted it on forums. The report section is filled with my name. I really don't want it to happen but it ruins the roleplay experience, we don't want people like that. @OmegaX if you have video evidence of the situation after, please upload them as it helps to get everything in context.

I saw no evidence of them shooting you in the green zone (that you shouldnt have been in). Why did you also feel it necessary to threaten to report for this (even though it didnt appear to occur)?

 
i was in the green zone with the officer and we both still heard shots, which we both thought were coming from the chopper that's why i said i was reporting him, at this point i didnt think i done anything wrong so why wouldnt i say it, i can see were this is going my side is not being heard basically i have no rights because bandits can do as they wish, i can see omegax is having more fun geting banned then actually playing and having fun so keep raking up those numbers mate i don't want to be in a server were you are in a no win situation i have a video with the officer speaking to me telling me that i was in no wrong! so ban me! btw that video shows nothing apart from the fact u wernt giving me time to go to teamspeak. bye

 
He said probably you were not in wrong because he was roleplaying it he can't say anything else out of character. Lets hear your conversation with the officer and see what you said. It would probably lead to  worse stuff against you because i suspect you metagaming. But can't judge ofc. Even tho all the evidence of you breaking the rules and being rude are in front of you. You still lie and denie it, come on.

 
you will probs try find a way to ban the police officer then judging by how many players you have reported at the same time, i'm done mate! you got what you wanted go and ruin more peoples gameplay stop wasting my time.

 
I'm not reporting any officer first of all. And i'm not ruining anyones "gameplay" if they follow the rules. If you break rules then please leave. I'm not answering no more. Waiting for admins James answer.

 
So I have come to a decision about this.

Now since this is your first offence Warriorwarfare I was going to be lenient however your attitude during this report, swearing out of roleplay, threats to report, inconsistencies in your side of things, have really not helped your cause.

In this instance I will be issuing a ban, however I have spoken to some other members of staff and we feel that a 6 month/perm ban is too harsh for this incident, given that we cannot see what the police have said to you and that this is your first offence, you will be banned under (2.6) Combat storing. however this ban will be a normal ban, rather than a perm ban. 

Since it was the same situation, I will add (6.1.6) to the ban notes. In addition I will add (1.3) too, as this is not tolerated when a player is trying to resolve with you.

You can appeal this with a normal unban appeal however I strongly suggest you improve your attitude towards other players and the resolution/report process in the future.
