i was on a call. once finished this hobo (who was dead before) had broke NLR and came to me. i notice his name as mentioned in gyazo. we tried to block me in (so i would VDM him) and didnt obey by the sirens and flashing beacons. i leave and later he jumps into the road and then as i stop because i hit someone. he jumps into my ambulance and attempts to force me to go to a gun store and threatening my life which is against server rules.
