I spawned in the Motors at Kavala, guy parks, tells me to put my hands up. I do so, I get RDM'd.

I then proceed to ask him if he was retarded in the chat since he had just rdm'd and eventually got banned, again. After I tried to talk to Vladic about my ban, he banned me from TS when I was about to talk about the guy who shot me and I was gonna send him video evidence.

Couldn't resolve the situation with the player as I got banned for calling him retarded because he also was rude towards me in the end, and I'll quote, "Shut the FUCK up!"

I still don't get why we can't call anything in OOC but when we're "roleplaying" I have people calling me a degenerative fucktard 24/7 when I do something wrong.

Hello, It's me Vladimir, well I just wanted to roleplay with you but you started calling me really bad words I can't say which but like "fuck you retard fucktard" why don't you film where the situation started,only when I killed you? could you reupload again with all the situation and you calling me really bad and rude words.

"Fuck your retard fucktard" is a lie. I cut it because my mic was loud in the whole beggining and I said "I spawned, which is rather breaking rp although I was talking to my friend on skype to tell him I had just respawned and I was being robbed and forgot to take my finger off capslock.

Max I said was "piece of shit" to spice up the robbery as anyone would do in a high stress situation I guess, but sure, I'll upload it all

Look up. Not to mention "Piece of shit" was to roleplay as in a stressed situation, and "insulting" doesn't count as a reason to kill people now does it? If so I really should start pulling my gun at the people who call me a "fucking wanker" when I fail to drive around something. It's part of the roleplaying. Just like there is dickheads in real world.

No I don't need a comp, thanks, as I afirmed back then I had just spawned and didn't have anything, I just found it a really frustrating situation after getting rdm'd so much before and decided to call you a retard after the rdm which lead into me getting banned. If anything I'm sorry if piece of shit offended you.
