Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had Vlad Chair, in the cells and whilst processing his fine he kept sitting down on the bed knowing full well it was causing him to glitch all over the place. He kept doing it despite saying "it says my feet are warm" knowing its injuring him. He continues to do so whilst im away from the cell and then glitches out the cell and starts assaulting me. I have asked him to come to TS however he has ignored it.

Blimey. There's always got to be someone trying to squeze through the bars, but a bloke in a fat suit is the last one I'd expect to do it.

This is a clear cut case of exploiting, since he used a emote to glitch through the bars and to attack you. Vlad Chair is already banned for a different offense, however, I'll be adding this to his ban notes, as I would've pushed a ban on it.
