Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were tipped off Vito was at the scrapyard, the person who told us where he was said he would be stood next to him. As you can see from the video this is pretty clear cut, we approached Vito and asked him to put his hands up. He proceeded to not comply and admit he was Vito resulting in him being shot, later when taken to a secure location he admitted to being Vito and a conversation was had.

Hi Matt, at the time of this, I was a bit confused as to how you knew exactly where I was and what one I was, as i was obviously blacked out. This meant that when you were saying to put my hands up i tried to play it off as if it wasn't me by putting on another accent. I continued to use the accent so you would start thinking it wasn't actually me as you couldn't see my face, this was the reason for not putting my hands up. If you could see my face then yes fair enough but I think I had every right to try to play off that it wasn't me so i wouldn't be taken.

Hey @MattH8 thank you for taking the time to report this incident.

From reviewing the evidence it is clear that @El Vito Corleone was in breach of G2.4 while you say that the reason for you not putting your hands up was you were trying to play off the fact that it wasn't you which they had also specified for You "the guy in the black helmet" to put your hands up. Regardless if you were the person they were looking for or not you were still at an obvious disadvantage as you was surrounded by 4 Ballas which all had weapons pointed at you giving you more than enough time to comply with their demands which there could have still been the opportunity to roleplay that confusions of them getting the wrong person after complying with their demands.
