I was driving past diamond trader and i see a truck selling diamonds. Because i was bored i pulled over and wanted to go offer protection. as i am walking up to them the truck starts coming at me with a person behind it. They don't say anything and just straight up shoot me.

@Juusoft any chance you have a longer video 3-5 minutes prior to the shooting. 
Just to make sure their was no interaction before.

@Juusoft since you did not responded on my question. i will handle this with the evidence provided. If it was initially RDM i dont know then i need a longer video. 
But i can say that the execution he did. Was with no rp. And that is a breach of rules.

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

So therefore Action will be taken.
