We where driving up to kavala and we came across 2 trucks, We wanted to rob them, We initiated and opened fire.
They drove away in the safe zone, We wanted to talk with them on ts, But they said no ts was needed, i asked them multiple times, and they still refused.
And they knew my name, i never met them before in rp.

Hello,

I also recorded the incident, this happens a lot of times (too many), I think it's a shame now that we are kinf of forced to record our games in order to avoid these kind of troubles.
Anyway, let's get to the goal: I was going to pick up peaches as a new loyal Citizen of Altis with my friend Eriotarie (who btw is completely innoncent in this matter but nvm), but as a loyal and legal Citizen, you often get robbed and you need to start thinking about security first and not engaging discussion to ensure you fragile business, peaches and aluminium are not the safest job in Altis, but how great is it to contribute to the renovation of this destroyed Island.
So yes, I flee when I think that the potential threat may be to high, it's part of my roleplay, and there is Nothing wrong in going to the nearest point of interest to hope finding some help and maybe be safe because there are other people.
Finally, I was already leaving the area when the first order to stop was given.

On a last note, I hate going in Ts, Community there is often filled with people refuse to admit that they can be wrong too, ready to talk for hours and debating has never solved any issue for me (not on this server though).

I am not willing to report Pascal for what I consider beeing a useless accusation of bad RP and even less for reporting this, which I think is absurd, but I can understand why he did it, being with 3 friends and not doing Something you said might discredit you.

I am free to answer any questions, English is not my mother tongue.

Just to begin with @Major_Duke

Fleeing into the green sone is against the rules as it is a no combat sone. 

You can neither read peoples name above their head as this is meta gaming.

Now to @Pascal_1998_

I will point out some things here.

2. In addition to this you are also threatening to report witch is breaking rule 2.8. How come you dont have to follow the rules here??

1. Poor initiation we knew that, we explained all the members that where involved with the robbery.
In how we need to do next time, They never said they where gonna shoot them.

Okay so after reviewing the report completely i have come to the conclusion of giving everyone involved a warning.

Its clear to me that everyone involved needs to read the rules properly, some of you are very new to the server so lets make this a learning experience that we all become better roleplayers from.
