Please (in detail) describe the incident:
During an on going War between Coalition and Hustlers, I found myself at Clinton Fuel going to grab smoothies. Multiple Hustler members asked me to put my hands up and place me into handcuffs. I managed prior to text in a group chat alerting my groups members of my situation. I was placed into a vehicle before shots were fired from Coalition. I was transported from Clinton Fuel to Tequi-la-la. This is when I was placed into a locked room without the door being unlocked from any side. I was on my own for around 13 minutes before any form of roleplay was resumed.

I have split my footage into 2 separate clips as of the medal 10 minute limit, #1 Is the part leading up to the rule break, #2 is myself being left for around 10 minutes (around 3 minutes for #1)

I attempted using the OOC chat in game to have a discussion in QE to clear up and clarify but sadly the individual did not attend.

It is me that you have reported in this report. I’ll try and keep it simple. Hustlers went the the ranch in attempt to agitate coa we happened to see and follow a coa car to the Clinton where you were grabbed.

Shots rung out so I took you to our turf to secure you as I was told on radio . I went in and realised that the doors to the basement are locked so I couldn’t take you in

Here was where the power to the Lower floor of my house went out and therefore you got stuck (I assume as when it went out in my eyes you were at the door to the basement on stage side) .

I’d also like to add that I had and do not have any idea how to replicate what happened here. If you would like to go QE I’m more that happy to

Thanks for replying, If staff can check to ensure the story is true that would be fantastic. I do believe that this story could explain why I was still being escorted for around 2 minutes before I started to move.

I’m just curious regarding the discord message. Why did you decide to tell the other hustlers member my location via discord?

I understand that your power may have went out but from my experience with other members of the community, if there game crashed and they can’t get on because there internet or any reason. They would attempt to contact myself personally through discord to explain the situation or create a ticket so staff can get in contact with myself.

Of course I don’t know how long you’ve been in the community for so I’m unsure if you have had similar experiences.

To be honest this may have been a miss judgement on my side , However I do believe what I did was correct in the situation at hand. ( If i was wrong i would really appreciate staff to inform me of this and take action against me if they see required)

In the initial report you made , you reported me for G7.1 arguing that I had neglected your hostage RP which you have every right to do so and is the reason I communicated your location to avoid this exact situation occurring. I simply wanted you to continue receiving RP regardless of my presence. Now Higgs you and I both know that we play on a realistic roleplay server and in real life if you were to get grabbed your hostage take would not just disappear hence why I let another hustlers member know of your whereabouts, after all i was under the assumption that you were not stuck in the 'exploit position' but rather by the main stage where you could easily leave from putting you in a awkward position ( i would know i've been in that sort of situation question what to do) so i informed someone of your location to keep that to a minimum.

Now hypothetically me not informing someone of your location and assuming ( which i was) that you were by the main stage would give you unfair advantage would it not considering you could easily leave and interject yourself in a situation (such as a gunfight) you wouldn't if i had not head popped ; of course you have been in the community long enough to answer that one . At the end of the day i made a judgement after weighing up what was right for both sides .i do believe i was correct in this as you and I both wanted your RP to continue which you have made clear through reporting me for G7.1 and I didn't want you getting an unfair advantage or put in an awkward position ( which did unfortunately did happen)

If you have any other conspiratory allegations to make I'll be more than willing to debunk them for you whether that be through QE or on the forums. However I would like to suggest that the report stay subject to what i have been reported to ensure staff time is not wasted. I also hope not for this war to turn into a report war with members from any side trying to pin any little thing against each other. At the end of the day we're all here to have fun and save staff a headache so they can RP as well .

Hi again,

The reason for this was placed on the forums rather than on QE is because I did not know your power went out. I attempted to go to QE with yourself during the interaction but sadly you did not attend (of course at the time again, we never knew context).

Personally if it was up to myself, I would rather sort situations out then and there rather than dragging it on and wasting any staff members time.

With yourself stating “report war” there has been two report from Coalition side. One was a clear combat log and action has already been taken. And this one which with the context that you have given, I would be fine leaving it here as long as staff are fine with it and there is clear evidence of a timeout in the logs.

As mentioned prior, I don’t like to report people. When communicating after the situation with the other members of my group, it appear the fighting continued at Clinton before they were arrested. From my POV, I can only believe(prior to be given context) that you dumped myself into the locked room before returning to the fight.

I don’t believe I will I have anything else that I can add to this report. I believe it is up to the staff to decide what the best course of action will take place.

This report definitely seems like something that was a mistake and not a deliberate attempt to leave someone without roleplay for extended period of time.

It seems there was attempts to correct you not being left there. Ultimately there is a bit of human error and onling gaming being inconsistent at times. However it does not seem malicious or intentional from what i see.

I am going to close this report with no action and say generally, obviously hostages are getting the short end of any stick. They of course under normal circumstances should not just be left with no roleplay provided.
