Please (in detail) describe the incident: now and then i circle my turf to collect tax or to sell coke after seeing this individual earlier during the day selling he decided to constantly dodge over the time of a few hours we met the guy he kept escaping our grasp until we caught him on the side of the road and asked him to come to middle of our turf he complied as moving there slowly he tipped us bollox shouted and rode off i believed this guy to be the guy who also slashed me yesterday while trying to tax him (style of clothing , hair and voice)
when driving around about to go get a lorry out and cutt wood we saw him and realized that a person whom we just had a rp situation with someone else in close looking clothes wasnt this guy and we decided to try hands him and take him out of city and Roleplay with him teaching him a lesson as you can see the individual failed to comply with 4 people around him and a gun pointed directly at him which resulting in him being shot due to loosing patience with this person , lack of previous respect and wanting to take him elsewhere and create a roleplay situation we had in mind to install fear as this is an ongoing problem with this certain individual . Him not complying lead to a whole situation being thrown away and lead us in another situation with the police
