Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and a friend were VDM'd by the fishing shop. The attacker then appeared at the hospital at Poleto bay and was VDMing my friend and other people in the area. I got in a car with someone else to drive off and we were chased and repeatedly rammed with no voice chat on there end. The killed me once more before I logged off. At one point they were in a lime green range rover which I believe was one of their actual vehicles. I don't know what their names were but the person I was in the car with was streaming at the time and he got  their ID's which were 264 and 357. In the link I've attached the evidence is from 2:34 to 2:45 on the timeline.

I was involved in this (the handsome streamer)

Really shit RP as me and Luke had just met, first time ever and they just started ramming us initially. Got one ID but went back for the others, as you can see in the video.

They acted like it was ok, but the only thing I heard at all from them was "Lets call it a truce, our hit is done" or something?

Its pretty clear that this is just some VDM, does not seem to be a reason or anything to justify their actions.

Both under:

(G1.1) Random Vehicle Death Match (RVDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (Running players over, causing explosions, ramming player vehicles) without a valid roleplay reason is considered RVDM.
