What best describes this incident ?: Combat log (C2.3)
Please (in detail) describe the incident: We arrive on scene from a dispatch and notice an individual running away with someone tied up. We then pursue the man and as I get out my car I pull a gun for my safety and was about to attempt to arrest the individual but he then decided to pull his gun resulting in his death. I then proceeded to look around the area a little before continuing the situation and my college asked the other cars to disperse. A few seconds after I downed the individual he combat logs. I waited till about 8:30pm but he still made no attempt to log back in. The logs should show who I killed at 7:29pm.
