Please (in detail) describe the incident
I had stopped the player as I had seen him with weapon in an area where there had just been a gun fight. I ask for his name and he tell me he is called 'unknown'. After this I run his name though the police PNC and find out that he is wanted for 15 counts of murder and I tell him this. After telling him he goes quiet on me and I tell him I am going to be taking any weapons of him because of these crimes. Shortly after this he disconnects from the server (combat log).
