Please (in detail) describe the incident: At 21:25 ( Panic activation ), we took hostage 2 officers from Grapeseed shop. There were 2 people there with the officers who just tried to rob the store. One of them was a guy with blonde hair who we kidnapped too because he was a witness. All 3 were loaded up in 2 sultans and a red sports car and were driven to the carpark on Playa Vista. There we checked for people following, looked around and proceeded to take the victims on foot to the underground basement. Cars were parked in the carpark so they would be hidden away from anyone trying to spot us. The 3 victims were taken inside and we RP'ed it there. 1 officer failed to behave after numerous warnings to the both of them so he was executed. In the video provided by the officer you can see the kidnapping with the panic and a already developed situation underground. We were there already for atleast 5-10 minutes as we RP'ed a whole execution and disarmed one of the officers. You can then see a dispatch comes in 21:47 how a guy followed us and witnessed the whole thing. The dispatch came from the witness we didn't kidnap at the gas station. The guy that fled the area when we arrived to the gas station and we havent seen him since. This guy sent the dispatch from the freeway below the actual carpark. How he saw us carry the people from the carpark to the basement is a mistery. Its possible that he followed us, saw all this, somehow managed to not get spotted and then drove off to a safe location where he waited several minutes before putting up a dispatch ( Why he would wait this long is also a question ). The door to the basement is a secluded one. You can barely see it if you focus on it from the freeway but you cannot see the carpark from there too. In the video the guy says they started playing the server 2 days ago. How he managed to know about the location from 2 days of playing is suspicious. And in order to actually catch all this in detail you'd have to know about it and you'd have to know where to stop to observe it. In the dispatch he says people were going in and out yet we were all inside from the moment we hid the cars. The hostage that was the witness barely spoke to us and spent most of the time staring at the wall in the corner so we believe he was on discord with his buddy not paying attention to any of this. I've managed to gather as many clips as possible and unfortunetely none of us have footage of driving to the basement with Hank,Ares and this other person but I've spoken to all parties and people involved and I fail to see how this person managed to see the red car driving down Great Ocean when he wasn't even in a vehicle when the hostage was being driven off, how he managed to see both us stopping in the secluded garage and seeing us carry these victims inside and why he waited to put the dispatch up. We were told in QE by officers that the NPAS helicopter responded first and saw a bunch of people with guns on thermals below ground. This, I was told, was already handled by the staff team and didn't effect the course that much because of the already sent dispatch.
