Please (in detail) describe the incident: Pulled up outside hospital to go and get my mate. When outside, some random guy jumped in and he was told to get out. When I left the hospital I said to him "go and get some friends". He then chased me and my friend, rammed our vehicle and just killed us for no reason without any quality role-play.

If "there's only one friend here mate" and "go and get some friends" initiates a demolition derby and a fight to the death then are we even on an rp or a deathmatch server? 

 
mate thats Los Santos be careful who u insult Rp mean Roleplay Not i can say what i want and cant die cuz its rp 

and again if u 2 won i know for a fact there would be no report ur only reporting cuz u lost 

 
What I'm arguing is that our 'insults' aren't exactly strong enough to force anyone's hand into double murder outside the largest hospital in the city.

If we'd have 'won' we would have been fighting back someone who's just stabbed my mate in the back with a glass bottle after ramming us, and trolling us. 

And then probably took you to the hospital.

also its not troling my character is well known for being a mental case i was rping as my character all this is is an rp situation you dont like because you lost a fight and are upset by the way my character is i broke no rules and rp everything un like u 2 who kept saying wanna join us in teamspeak mate just come teamspeak witch would class as fail rp also i see in the video ur talikng too someone who isnt there "go the casino now u pussy" unless that was aimed at me witch i dont i would think ur using a 3rd party app too communicate witch is another rule break

Everything was said inside of GTA. And we said something like "shall we drive to the TS Bar" OR "teamspeak BAR" - Not lets go to teamspeak. There is a difference.

I can’t believe people can be this salty over a fight u insult me I beat u up so u report me cuz u didn’t win 

And I just re read ur report I didn’t kill u I stabbed u and an ambulance came I only killed one of u as u was being bitter about the whole thing . Talking about team speak and asking for my ID

Also ok I had it out saying u wanna fight then when I said this multiple times u both at the same time get out of the car and one has a pool cue ready instead if u didn’t want too fight u could of stayed in the car and called the police saying there’s a mad man with a knife trying too fight us or call back up orrr even stay in the car where it’s safe and tell me too Fock of or leave us alone but no instead u both hop out the car one with a weapon and ur telling me it’s low quality there was many chances and choices u could of made too make it higher quality I would of even gone with it even if it meant I died  or being arrested. u both got out and we had a fair fight due too u insulting my character and when u lost the fight u report me 

When I say fight me then u both get out and fight me it was a fair fight no hacks or exploits the inner city of Los Santos is filled with people carrying weapons as u know as ur friend had one. Idk what u expected when u insulted the character even tho it was a minor insult. U still need too be careful in big inner city’s as they are dangerous places where people stab and kill each other over the smallest of things this was a perfect real life experience rp it’s not a movie there’s no rain or drama a big speech before we fight or kill each other it’s life and the fact your reporting it is just salty and one of the reasons a lot of people leave the server as there too scared too do situations that involve a death or injury in case they get reported cuz they win or "ohhhh boo u can’t do it like that stab me here".

The way you're acting right now just shows and proves our point further. You are repeatedly abusing me and my brother calling us 'salty' in every post you have made and have also made references and quotes to make us sound like children like here -  "ohhhh boo u can’t do it like that stab me here". No one has ever said this. Why is this being brought up? I don't want to fight on the forums neither am I 'salty' that I got out of a car and got stabbed. I believe you broke the rules in our engagement. I attempted to discuss with you before hand, however, that didn't happen. Now I have posted here because this is my last option I can take if I feel I have been wronged. The admins will come when they are ready and look over everything and make a judgement which we'll all have to respect and stand by. But please, refrain from being abusive. Thanks.

Also, please stop saying I have cut the video. I use Nvidia ShadowPlay and have it set up to record the last five minutes when asked to do so. That is the end of the footage, I recorded the last five minutes after I was downed. I didn't want to wait any longer and have my five minutes of footage re-written. These baseless accusations can now stop. Thanks.

i was talking with a friend who reminded me that if i was fresh of the boat then this could be seen as rdm and with that said i would like too point out that  Julius Tinky The character who stabbed the men in the video (me) is an ex Vagos Cartel member who is in a way unhinged and is very violent too strangers who insult threaten or attack him and in this rp situation Tinky even tho it was excessive was reacting as such as an ex cartel member who can get very upset and aggresive towards people he sees as taking the mick out of him and was protecting his reputation 

PS i have been salty myself in the fourms about this whole situation and for most my responses with in the report i want too apoligise i can get a bit worked up and was personaly upset by the report and shouldnt just be saying ur only reporting cuz u lost i understand that in there eyes after talking too others that it can look like ive broken rules and to witch i now can see why they have reported the incident
