Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on patrol with Cameron Salt and Marc Mason, we were pulling over a vehicle who was failing to stop with 2 baldies inside. The drivers head popped and crashed into a tree. A moment later a vehicle with ID201 in crashed into us at high speeds, putting everyone down in his path.

He didn't stop until everyone was down, including NHS/Fire.
