Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had no prior interaction with these animals who gunned me down in cold blood for no reason whatsoever. I feel the execution was barbaric and un-nessacary and NO prior RP happened.

Hi mate, yes I’m sure I can provide a clip that’s longer, also if a staff member can check the logs then they’d also see that I had only been on the server a matter of minutes beforehand… since you’re saying there was more context beforehand, I assume you have a clip that would show this?

Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay.

At what point did you give me any time to comply with any demands, you shouted get out the car when I was on a bike and then shot less than a second later when I was going to explain I had nothing to do with what you were caught up in and you can see I posed no threat to you.

we was in a robbery & you pulled up on the bike & looked like you had something in your hand & say I asked you to get out of the car but I meant off the bike and you went to drive off I didn’t wanna take a risk of you being part of them and shooting us, you clearly was apart of them because you wouldn’t of drove into bins seeing 4 man with guns pointed at people, you was clearly meta gaming as in your own clip you was saying don’t come don’t come

Bins is a popular place and I was looking around for interactions. You can’t just assume things and then choose to shoot and hope you were right, I made no attempt to drive away and also I was given zero time to comply with your demands.

You also say it looked like I had something in my hand, do you have a clip from your side? Maybe one of the many people you were with?

Also I didn’t initially see anyone with guns out because you were kind of around the corner otherwise I would’ve valued my life and stayed away.

As for the metagaming claims… I say “dumb cunt” but I appreciate your attempt in deflecting the report.

But by his own admission, he had no interaction with me.

After reviewing the footage provided and read what both sides had to say, it's clear that there was no prior context or valid justification for shooting @Ant Toe based on the information provided. When @Ant Toe drove past on his bike, @orhanii immediately demanded, "Get out of the car," and proceeded to shoot without giving @Ant Toe enough time to comply.

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

This raises several issues:

1. Time to Comply: @Ant Toe was not given enough time to process or react to the demand.
2. Confusing Demands: The demand to "get out of the car" was directed at someone on a bike, a bit confusing.
3. No Consequences: There was no consequences provided if he failed to comply with the demand.
4. Minimal Roleplay: There was no roleplay provided before or after the shooting.

@orhanii I am quite disappointed, I have unbanned you recently and thought you might have improved, I would say this might be worse than what you have done last time.

For the claims of Metagaming, there is not enough evidence to prove this, it's unclear what exactly was said, I do hear both, "dumb cunt" and "don't come", if he did say "don't come", who is he saying that to and why?, it's not proof of a Discord call or other external communications. This makes it difficult to confirm metagaming occurred.
