What best describes this incident: (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: After a fight with Grove, i was taken to pillbox by tbe Police. When i had recovered from my injuries, i collected my items and took the elevator to the main ward, i then tabbed out and when i came back out id been shot dead by Grove. I didnt manage to catch the ID of the players. I dont believe this to be high quality roleplay.

*After Grove joined QE, their defense was that we agreed on KOS as we pushed their turf, but no war rules were set between gang leaders and staff members, so normal server rules should apply*

Hello C_Date, I hope you are well. The clip doesn’t have audio as I had tabbed out to render a clip. I’ll see if I can get the full 5 minute clip back, as I didn’t have any interaction with anybody except Abdul in the hospital ward. I fail to see how shooting somebody without any form of initiation is high quality roleplay, and the fact the person who appears to shoot me isn’t wearing any gang colours anyway.

I should be home around 5pm today and I’ll try and get it sorted for you

This isn't Arma3. We don't have initiation here, and I think players will do well to start remembering that.

Now in regards to the clip, theres no way of knowing, with 100% certainty, that there was no INTERACTION with your character, without there being audio there.

If you can get a clip, then it'll make the whole report go a little smoother

So ive managed to recover most of the clip. Bearing in mind i was taken to the hospital by police, i never had an interaction with any Grove members from the point i was downed. Im not going to be able to insert sound as i had tabbed out to render a clip so Medal stopped recording the audio from the gameplay. I didnt speak to any of them and none of them spoken to me. I can provide you with the clip i was rendering if needs be, but from the point the audio cuts, its because im no longer tabbed in, so i couldnt do anything at all until i tabbed back in again, which as you can hear from when i tab back in the audio starts again, to which you can hear Hunter say "That was really stupid".

They claimed in QE that we agreed on KOS, which simply isnt true. If theres anything else you need from me C_Date then please let me know But i wont be able to recover audio from that 1 minute odd as it just isnt available.

As much as I'm inclined to agree, that the situation looks like a clear cut RDM case, the evidence isn't solid enough to make the final call, without the audio. The problem is, the grove members were there long enough to have made an attempt to communicate, but we'll never be able to prove that. I appreciate that you've tried to obtain the original clip though.

In this case, I'm going to have to decline the report.
