Thank you for reporting this. After some investigation this player has already been banned for cheating, I will add this evidence onto the existing ban.

For future reference, please try to include some sort of ID of the player, along with some more context in the report. It makes the process a lot easier.

If you are unsure how to get players sessions ID's, you can either type /sessionsheads as a command. Or alternatively bind it to a key, via ESC > Settings > Key Bindings > FiveM > Player ID Check (rpuk_core) > to a key of your choice.
