What best describes this incident: G1.2 - RDM (killing and dumping without any quality roleplay)
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I believe rule G1.2 has been broken within this situation due to the quality of the RP. I’m more than happy to be taken and have this kind of RP, if the RP is of good quality. No roleplay happened here in my eyes, this could have been made into a fun situation to play out for both parties.

Whilst out as a Ranger (doing my advance driver training, hence the erratic driving at the beginning of the clip) I had these two gentlemen pull up and tell me to get out the car at gun point. For the benefit of whoever takes the time to look over this, the interaction begins at around 2:05 in the clip provided.

Naturally, I got straight out of the service vehicle. I was then met with silence; I had no explanation of what was happening. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them sort themselves out and get organised.

They then began to vaguely explain what was happening. I was then told ‘this has to happen’ and was shot in the head and taken to be dumped.

Unfortunately, I did not get their session ID’s.

First of all apologies for the awful RP this was my first time doing a 'HIT' as it were in the future i will look to work on this.

If it is alright with you i would like to talk in a liaison channel on discord to get this all worked out if this is okay?

Yeah no problem.

I was approached in city by a solicitor named Bobbi who i am friends with to perform a 'HIT' on @BaldAl's character due to an upcoming court case they were both on opposing sides. So i agreed then me and Thom met up with Bobbi so that we could come up with a plan to take him out while he was on ranger duty/training.
So we then proceeded to go to a location provided by Bobbi and perform the 'HIT' so we then approached in the car and got out with guns equipped and asked him to get out of the vehicle and put his hands up and then proceeded to tell him that this was planned and had to happen and then shot @BaldAl in the head and took him to the dumping spot.

After reviewing the clip in this report i did not realize that he would float away from where we dropped him in the water as a few minutes later Bobbi did turn up and say something along the lines of "i guess you won't be turning up to the case now" although i do not have this clipped.

It's clear from our discussion we had on discord, that there were rules broken and a lack of quality RP, likely due to the heat of the moment as you both struggled to get him in the car. When it was taking longer than maybe you guys expected, you decided to execute him and dump him in the water and he slid down stream.

I'm glad that through our conversation, we were able to reach a mutual understanding of what went wrong and how we can improve moving forward, This is especially important when carrying out hitman or assassination jobs as these scenarios can easily lead to bans if not handled properly. In the future, please open a ticket to avoid similar issues.

I understand that there was some intent to RP with him when you all came back to no longer seeing him there, but please remember that there needs to be prior RP with x player before considering violence.

I will be issuing warnings for the lack of quality RP, this basically means that this report will be noted down on your profile.

Please read the following rules:

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM)
Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

(G7.3) Executions
Executing another player must be realistic and be carried out with high quality roleplay. Example: To cut someone's throat you must have a bladed weapon
