Please (in detail) describe the incident: On the above named date, at the above named time myself and another officer were patrolling and responded to a drug despatch. We saw a man selling drugs on foot in Vagos area and I tried to talk to the man, he ran away and hid in a bush and logged off. Says it all really. Didn't catch his ID but did wait there for around 8 mins and tried to speak to him in OOC in case he had returned, but no response. I believe the log off time wass 1651 maybe 1652
