What best describes this incident ?: shooting me multiple times and kidnapping me without reason

Please (in detail) describe the incident: everytime they have saw me they have either kidnapped me or killed me, for example today i parked my car because i got bored of driving, i then get my phone out and go on marketplace to put a car up for sale, specifically a brz bn, a then saw a grove member, i put my hands up and moved towards him since i was told to and he had a gun, after robbing me they shot me in the head and left Mara turf immediatley, i tried to explain to them that i am not affiliated with Marabunta, but coz they see me either talking to mara or driving round mara or even grove coz i drive anywhere, they think that i am apart of it, so everytime they kill or kidnap me they do not do it without reason, i turned up to mara shop at one point then bought some smoothies me and a friend was pushed by grove and i was kidnapped for no reason, its on repeat and its very annoying, the URL below is all i have of proof that they kill me and u can clearly see that my car was just parked.

Okay so this is a joke for evidence you have here a screenshot 

1. you was shot because you have been seen multiple times picking up marabunta body's checking over our turf  
2. you always and I mean always try and get lippy to some sort when we find you and you have to expect as a gang we will not take no shit talk
3. there you going around with marabunta helping find grove and you are not even on the F6 and that would go under the teaming rule if I am right
4. in discord you mention you heard gun shots at lower pillbox and that was grove shooting at marabunta was you there ? yes you was in a Nissan 350z that would go under NVL 
5. for the kidnapping that is being done as I said at the start most us have seen you helping marabunta so expect it to happen 

this is a petty report to do and with just a screenshot as evidence is weak I'm not responding further to this unless staff want me to but other then this I am done

May I ask if you have any video evidence to back up this report and the claims you have made?
Unfortunately, a screenshot of you downed on the floor is not sufficient enough for me to look into the rule breaks that have allegedly taken place here.

Yes, unfortunally it will happen again you can't expect it not to happen when you actively look for this situation to happen we had a discord liasion about this trying to explain you why it happens and how to avoid it from happening but you seem to the stuck on going to the same scenario expecting a diffrent outcome.

Reallisticly speaking you see 2 gangs fighting each other or hear any gunshots you dont run towards the gunshots or get involved in anyway staff have even posted OOC messages before for people to stop spectating fights or be involved in them when it doesn't concern you besides the fact you even admitted that you were following gunshots around baffles me just seems like complete disregard for your life in RP.

Being completly honest you should have just been shot right here and there instead of even being given the chance to leave considering the amount of times that chance was given just looking at where you are in the middle of a shootout you are literaly bang out in the middle of it and considering we even seen you in RP picking the opposing gangs bodys before even gives us more reason to tell you to fuck off within RP or kidnap you or do that type of RP.

so there was a reason to shoot me when i was on the marketplace, did not see ANY of you guys, and again in front of pillbox where u think i went towards it coz of gunshots, no i did not i was trying to find my friend since they keep sending me a GPS, i took cover whilst i was round back still looking for the friend and then i got another GPS on top of pillbox and i was making my way there AWAY from you guys until you stopped me and kidnapped me for no reason, i was not interfering at all

at one point i was kidnapped for simply stopping infront of mara shop for buying 3 smoothies, so your telling me that was an adequate reason for kidnapping me

to the 1st reply, like i said in discord i heard gunshots, i turned the corner at the end of the street still at legion square saw that it was grove and i turned around immediately, since i know for a fact i did because i did not get kidnapped or shot

about the picking up bodies, i pick up the bodies when i have triple checked there is no-one around, ALOT of people have done this and your picking me out because you simply just do not like me

about me mouthing at you guys, the 1st couple of times this has happened i was not mouthy, btu the last 2 times i have been mouthy because im getting sick and tired of being kidnapped, even if you see me i'm done

Correct answer "you think there is no one around" but the fact is we have in fact seen it just because we cant always act on it doesnt mean we havent seen it, you need to understand there is more factors into account why sometimes we leave bodys behind like police or picking our own. But your comment just proved my point so thanks for that.

Alright you know there was a shootout for sure between us and mara obviously if you pick bodys of either side you will be targetted by the opposite group which is whats happening currently, as for the NVL part i was talking about you being present in the middle of an entire shootout just sitting there which has happened before.

Its common sense really you help one gang the opposing one will punish you if its in the middle of a ongoing beef which is whats happening currently.

If you dont wanna get in trouble or get kidnapped or whatever you stay away from those areas where shooting has been happening its a normal thing to do you cant expect to go to an area where there has been constant fighting and just be there and have nothing happen to you like you are invencible.

Also just so you know you werent only person we have dealt with for picking up bodys so no this is not specifically targetted to just you.

To finish it off i would like to say i know you are kinda newish to the server atleast it looks like it a bit, and to be honest in RP we would have probably done worst than what has currently been done to you so far because it not just about shooting someone but you need to see from our side there is only so many times that we can say "leave the area" or "dont comeback" until we need to act on it because you dont listen in RP normally if you were seen picking bodys from one side mid gunfight you would have just been shot which so far as not happened to you, i genually cant see what else from our side can we do to make you leave these areas so if you have any suggestions be my guest but every warning we do to you in game sounds like it goes on deaf hears.

its more of the fact that there is no RP behind it, its literally, you see me you either kidnap me or rob and shoot me, i dont care what you do but put some roleplay behind it instead of, drop your shit, i haven't fully passed away btw thats why i always remember you guys, someone has always found me, just wanted to point that out.

i get the fact that you have seen me on turf or you seen me pass by but genuinely most of the times you have caught me i was not trying to get involved, like when i was shopping when i was putting my phone on the marketplace, when i tried to find my friend, its more of a coincidence the fact that we keep meeting paths at the wrong time.
