Please (in detail) describe the incident: Drove out of the compound in my car to go pick a mate up from hospital. as I drove past the casino a very rude man decided to shout "Fuck the Lost" and then proceed to shoot me in the head. Pretty much sums it up tbf. No RP was prior to this. I don't even know who that guy is tbf.

A liaison request would've been good and we could've spoke about this and likely resolved it, why wasn't I even asked?

Moving onto the report itself - The Lost and The Coalition are in a very active beef at the minute, to the scale in which it's the talk of the city right now.

As we are currently wanted by Cutlass (our own issue), yourselves and 229/Ballas on your behalf, we do not currently wear our colours and have to fight very dirty. This has been the case for well over a week now, to both us and yourselves, this is nothing new.

No RP was prior to this. I don't even know who that guy is tbf.

On the above point - yes, you do not know who I am personally, but you (being the Lost) have sent the Ballas out to look for us, kill us and drill into our ranch all day today. Did you expect me to roll up in a full white Coalition suit? I would be checked, gripped, executed and /e piss'd on before making it from the ranch to AE by either 229 or Ballas.

We had been circling the Lost compound for over 15 minutes in cars, on bikes and even 2 helis. This, I assume, is why you're coming out of the compound looking every direction but forwards, even looking to the casino roof where we parked our heli. You knew exactly what was going on in this situation.

As we have been carrying out drive-bys on the compound, the Tavern, Lost businesses etc for the past week, with absolutely nothing said back to us OOC, I would have assumed if the way in which we have been carrying ourselves was deemed an issue, we would have at least been spoken to - whether that be prior to this specific report, or in general by one of the many members of the Lost, a lot of whom are staff.

There has been a massive amount of prior RP with the Coalition and the Lost, which has led to us fighting in the "dirty" way that we are. I apologise if you feel this is unfair on yourself but the events that have led up to this have, in my opinion, been more than sufficient RP to validate such drive-bys. We have 80+ gang members of various colours looking to shoot and hunt us because "the Lost said so" so we cannot sit and have a long chat with you before every retaliation.

Based on the fact that my own videos have been downloaded and re-uploaded by your members to be used against me, and you have reported without even trying to liaise with me, it seems you are looking to simply "get rid" of me rather than discuss the issues you may have.

Reports such as RDM require footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior to the reported incident, all three of the clips provided here are under 30 seconds and all different situations therefore are not enough.

Would you be able to provide us the evidence needed?

Im going to put a bit in here to add context as I've been involved in a few situations with Coalition and their low-quality roleplay. 

The issues between Coalition and Lost MC have been going on for a little while now, however one thing has always occurred which is these "drive-bys" where Coalition have no form of identifiable clothing, say 2-3 words and drive away after shooting you. I'll post a few clips in here, (Just incase they weren't posted already by Jamie) which show the level of roleplay that Coalition has provided over these past few days.

This clip is from your own POV from last night, this clip was after a chat where we send things would come to a natural end, by the sounds of it, you think we got someone to drill your ranch when in fact you didnt, your first resolution to this is to come to the Tavern, shoot one of our members after blabbing a few words and driving off once again, infact, you hadnt even finished speaking before shooting him.

There are many more incidents where this has taken place however we havent been able to get them recorded, you've been reported for this exact thing before in December where you got banned 



Shown above, the staff member describes the situation which is similar to every situation we've had with you. You admitted in this that you can see how un-interactive the situation was so I am confused as to why you've done it so many more times.

Afternoon Hektor/Titus!

I must say I'm surprised to see your response considering you are in no way involved nor have we ever spoken in game but I'll respond to your points nonetheless. I would have assumed that, the people in the videos you have used, would/should have spoken to me themselves rather than have you do it on their behalf if they had an issue.

With regards to your claims about "low-quality roleplay" I think you need to look at this objectively and with regards to current context. Aside from high-profile meeting between Charles/Raj/Derek etc, we have had essentially zero roleplay from the Lost since the first initial shootout at the docks, as you decided to remove yourselves from your own "beef".

Instead, you sent 229 to sit on the ranch for 5 days straight. How is that at all roleplaying with us at all nevermind to a high quality? Most of those engagements consisted of "come out of the ranch or you will be shot on behalf of the Lost". I do not blame 229 here, nor do I deem this reportable because in-RP it makes sense for 229 to do this for "business reasons" but from the Lost this is in no way "quality roleplay."

Furthermore, you keep going back to the point of "out of colours." In the Hustler report - I agree, this was terrible from me despite being similar to what is currently happening. However - context is important. Being out of colours vs a single gang and using that as an advantage I agree, was poor roleplay and I was right to be banned for it.

In this "war" with the Lost, where you have sent 3+ different gangs, wearing a total of 5 different colours so far, to hunt us, at all times, we simply cannot ever be in colours at the minute. This makes very little sense and honestly would just be a disregard for our own lives to be wearing Coalition clothing at the minute. Due to how high-profile this beef is, we have to fight out of colours and dirty. As I mentioned in my previous reply - this has been ongoing for over a week, even happening to staff members, and I have had nothing said to me until now. Have you been collating and gathering evidence, including downloading and re-uploading my own clips, for the past week for the sole purpose of one big report without liaison? Please see below your personal reupload of my video which as far as I can see, has only one use/intent and that is to get me banned?

Edit: The bottom half of your response states about "uninteractive" roleplay - please explain to me how sending every other gang in the city to fight your war for you, on your behalf, is at all interactive with us?

Please also see below a clip to a discussion had between Stuart and Miles (Jax Mitchell) regarding drive-bys during active/ongoing beefs/wars. In this clip (which is not related to this current Lost war, but a previous issue we had with Aztecas), you can hear Stuart say that it is all very much based on context and build-up - and as Charles Cottoneye likes to remind Raj Patel in game - this has had around 6 months of build-up and therefore what is happening in these clips is in absolutely no way "random" at all.

Hello @Danoounfortunatly I don’t have any longer clips of the situation therefor I can’t provide you with anything else I do apologise.  @Elakinyou are wrong when you say I was aware of the situation going on. I was looking around due to the amount of police in the area and I was looking to see if I was being followed. I had no idea you were there. You can see from my POV how shitty it was of you to just come up to me, say “fuck the lost” and then shoot me. Yeah there’s been beef for a while but still doesn’t justify what you did. It’s a roleplay server at the end of the day not a frag server. If there was more interaction in the situation then fine I would of been happy with it but it was just pure shit to be honest.

Hello all, 

Footage has been reviewed, whilst being discussed around The Staff Team.

There is currently an ongoing beef of a massive proportion on both sides, Lost ( & 229 & Ballas ) v Coalition. So there is context revolving around this drive by shooting as you exit the Lost MC compound and drive towards Casino.

Due to the context revolving around this incident, we can safely say that we do not believe that this is RDM. However, it would've been nice to see some roleplay before the shooting which I believe @Elakintried to resurrect this as it felt as if he noticed it was a bit 'meh' when he returned and stated 'Viva La Coalition'.

We have seen this sort of shooting many times before, with a variety of different gangs where the entirety of the situations turn the City into Baghdad, then others on the opposing members Turf. At least here, it has been limited to the areas around the Lost MC Compound and the Tavern.

As always with these reports, there is always context attached. I understand @HammiePOV whereas he has left the Lost MC Compound with no Lost MC identifiable clothing on, and @Elakinwith no Coalition identifiable clothing on but Lost MC know why this shooting happened, they were even more sure after the fact when 'Viva La Coalition' was shouted at your corpse.

Bottom line, this isn't RDM but more RP before the shooting would've been nice to see/hear and with that being said;
