Please (in detail) describe the incident: Following a shootout at the coalition ranch, I transport a member of my gang to Paleto Hospital.
Around Paleto, we got into a shootout with the Coalition.
While I was repairing my car, a man came out of the hospital still wearing his gown and shot me.
In OOC, I attempted to appeal to the shooter.
I believe this is RDM because no quality Roleplay was provided, as well as a violation of NLR because they came out and shot me instantly.
I'm here to Roleplay and enjoy a shootout, but in this case, I had no idea who the person was.

Hello Liam, after having some reflection on the situation. I've realised I was intirely in the wrong and I acted poorly. I'm not going to make excuses or try and persuade you. 

All I can say really is that to you Liam and the intire staff team that I am sorry and I have no excuse, I've been in the community long enough to understand the rules.

And to @Paul McLovinthat I am very sorry about shuting down your roleplay next time we interact I promise you that I will try my best to provide fun and good roleplay after all that's what the server is about.

So in looking into this I can confirm that yourself Rhy Quinn were involved in this situation prior to this,
Had gotten out of hospital to then RDM and re-enter the same scenario.

Conclusion;
Character name: Rhy Quinn
Rule: G4.5 + G1.2
Action: Following FBS a 1 week ban shall be placed.
As it hasn't been 6 months since your last ban and because the last ban was for the same reason you skip from a 2 day to a week.
As you said yourself, you've been here long enough to know better.​
