Please (in detail) describe the incident: i was in my house with my friend getting ready to go rob a pharmacy i leave my house police outside was aware they was heard sirens but left he was in my door way i said what u doing here private property he didnt answer me i persist with what you doijng here mate to which he then runs 180 turns headbutts me n my mate with no rp at all chased me down to where i went to defend my self and he shot me dead i know its not the serers fault for losing items but that shotgun was 500k which is 6 1/2 hours of playing this game i play 17 hours a day but i just lost my hard work to ill roleplay if he decleard he was stopping us for what ever reason but they was no roleplay ruined my view on it to be honest.

hello, just to make it easier on the staff member dealing with this, do you have any footage with ingame sound, and 3 or so minutes prior to you being tackled by the officer?

Ok so i'm the officer who shot you but only after you decided to open fire on me with that shotgun, i think you'll find it was a separate officer who tacked your friend outside of the house as I said yesterday. 

So the circumstances were, at around 15L12 hours on Saturday 25th February 2022 I was as MRPS when an officer activated there panic button from the Vinewood Hills area.  This over said over the radio that shots had been fired and as such I made my way to the location. On route, I was informed that the individuals had gone inside a house and as such, I ordered officers to contain the area and asked if firearms officers could attend. Upon arriving at the location i was informed over my radio that the suspects had just come out of the house and one was making off on foot wearing black that being yourself. I gave chase having my service weapon drawn already due to the risk of firearms. When you jumped over the white gate I called other units to inform them where you were going at which point you drew your shotgun and fired prompting me to open fire on you in self defence. I was probably chasing you for all of 10-20 seconds before you went for lethal force. I don't recall if I said anything to you as I wasn't recording that initial section and would love to hear your in game audio from it however I do recall being on the radio trying to get other units to assist me in the foot pursuit. 

Once you were injured I secured the firearm and then began giving you medical aid as well as requesting the NHS, When I did the search for the firearm I noticed I wasn't recording as I went to get a screenshot of what you had on you for my search record.  Upon noticing this I pressed Record and the footage can be seen below and shows you sir not roleplaying any injuries despite being shot several times by myself, also breaking RP by asking for my session ID so id love for you to explain that

Now you said there was no reason for the other officer to "Attack you" I cannot speak for them however I would suggest that as an unarmed officer with 2 potently armed suspects who have already demonstrated their willingness to take a life they used a pre-emptive strike to place you into cuffs to preserve life and limb I cannot say whether they said anything or not to yourself or your friend as I was still some distance away and as N mentioned your in-game aide would be most useful in this regard

I'm the officer who tackled you at the front door. Me and John Clerk was responding to a 999 call in Vinewood hills. We saw I believe Paddy Lee shoot a civilian with a pistol just outside the house. We called for backup and Avion and some firearms arrived. 

In this clip you can see the suspect who just killed a person had just entered the house with another individual wearing a bag. I acted upon this and came from the back gardens and tackled them as soon as they stepped out the house. 

I also didn't see any messages or anything in OOC at the time so if you would like to resolve it in either teamspeak or discord I am free whenever.

so he acted and assaulted me for no reason with no words i leave my house innocent fresh in city to be attacked leaving my home because im the only man who lives on the street ? me an my friends live together an neither of them shot u even had the victims near but did not try to get a confirmed id before engaging if everybody acted on gut instinct the city would be wild ... yes i was up to illegal things but i was going to rob a pharmacy store i only have 1min clip as medal only allows me to do so i may of reported the wrong player but the reasoning still stands they was no engagement there no good audio because when i talk all my game vol is lowed  how can this be fair i lose 500k worth of items for a illegal detainment i acted on my right of self defense he had a fire arm himself.

Using session heads to try and identify someone would be classed as exploiting. (C2.2) Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not get abused in the future.

 i would like to see footage of you presumably seeing me shoot somebody and why was the witness not brought forward to give you a positive id ? i mean your body cam footage is after the arrest where i wasnt even read any rights the pictures above must be from the body cam footage you have not provided here ? (i shot a handgun but was arrested with a shotgun ?)

you say he enters the housen but hes still on my doorstep when u radio that in that wasnt even me u later detained him for shooting a uzi at you lol

 i would like to see footage of you presumably seeing me shoot somebody and why was the witness not brought forward to give you a positive id ? i mean your body cam footage is after the arrest where i wasnt even read any rights the pictures above must be from the body cam footage you have not provided here ? (i shot a handgun but was arrested with a shotgun ?)

This sounds like an in RP issue you have and this isn't the forum to be dealing with such matters and if you feel we did something wrong such as not reading your right then it is for you to challenge in RP not on here.  The purpose of a  report a player is if you believe we have broken a server rule which you have said you do. Both I and the other officer have explained our actions, further more I believe you are required ot provide 3-5 mins of footage as per the report a player section of the wiki which you have not :https://gyazo.com/0863fae9b545f6748d1b02d76320f8e4

Firstly, I don't see how any of the police broke any rules here as the police responded to a shooing outside your house and I think it's resealable for them to detain anyone within the area, including yourself even though you may or not be involve in the initial shooting you where matching the description given on the radio to the police that the suspect was wearing black clothing, which at the time you were wearing. Even if they detained you unlawfully this would be a RP matter and NOT a rule break.

From your footage provided @cv23richards23its not clear if anything can be heard from the officers but from your reaction after being tackled that some thing may of been said as you proceeded to run away from them.

I did look into this a bit more and you @cv23richards23stated "i leave my house innocent fresh in city to be attacked leaving my home" but this is not the case is it? you have been online at least 20 minutes prior to this situation, even if you did log in you cannot spawn into your house, I have look at where you logged in and it was no where near your house as you would had to to drive to your house.

Not only that but you were on the radio at the time and the person that can been see getting shot in this clip (https://medal.tv/games/gta-v/clips/WW5Gw1tR7YZhk/IsqLPJQShwVO?invite=cr-MSx3akwsMTYyNjY4NjA4LA) is the player that your friend shot not even 2 minutes before you left your house and getting shot so surely you know what was happening outside.

When @cv23richards23jumped the white fence he pulled his shot gun and started to shot at @Avion Solar first, @Avion Solarbegan to return fire at the suspect and downed him. Once @cv23richards23 was down he didn't roleplay his injuries but instead started to complain about the incident that the officers had no right to "attack him" and break RP by asking for @Avion Solarsession ID which Avion read back his collar number think he meant that that but he instead asked specifically for his session ID multiple times.

After reviewing all of the footage provided its clear to me that no rule break as been broken from the police side but instead multiple rule breaks have been broken by @cv23richards23.

I want to first say I don't like being lied to especially when you are reporting someone and not telling the whole truth, by this I mean when he said that you where just "fresh in city" quoting you just logged in, you didn't just log in and it was no where near you home when you logged in.

Once you have been downed you failed roleplay your injuries and broke RP numerous times.

I think at the time you were not expecting the police to be outside which is why you ran away and tried to the shoot the officer following you in an attempt of getting away so you wouldn't of gotten you weapon taken from you, now I think you took this to a player report to hope it would get accepted to get compensation for your weapon as you stated that you lost 500K worth of items.

I think I went over everything and I have made my decision.
