So from the video I can see that Adam Brew just drives in front of your car and just shoots with no prior altercation or initiation, breaking rule: (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

Adam Brew - 1 Day ban. In line with fair ban system. 

@Aiden DavidsonNow looking at the video you are using your phone while incapacitated on a hospital bed. Now the reason you are on that bed is because you got shot so I would expect you are in a bad state and in alot of pain so you wouldn't be on your phone. 
Today I will give you a warning for (C1.7) Common Sense - As a Roleplay game, every situation is different and not everything can be detailed within these rules and so it is important to remember this is an adult community and some things simply come down to common sense.
