What best describes this incident ?: got scared point blank with gun just before storm

Please (in detail) describe the incident: i was just going to shop get some food before storm and guys pull me over and point a gun in my face. so i decide to run in my car and tried to get the police and i found police and he said he will make a report and then i see the car again they follow me and get chased. after abit we find another police man and i get a warning to stealing a npc car. after that i walk again and the gang yet again see me and they shot me.

I was in fact the gunman who killed you in your video. as far as I'm concerned you got what you deserved and failed to value your life when you was in your vehicle. I asked you to pull over whilst my gun was pointed at you which you did and you thought it was the right idea to drive away shorty after whilst my gun was aimed at you. I could have shot you on the spot there and then for not following my demands. There's not much else for me to say here. I do have a video of the whole situation from my POV but don't think it will be necessary in this case.

 
well you being a exp player doing that just before a storm.....plus you didnt say to get out of the car......you just said pull over and pull out a gun. then right at end you had no roleplay whats so ever and shot me. you keep harassing me till the end. in the end you picked on a new player all on his own. you could go after gangs and you were just showing your power off to your friends and being a asshole.

you had no reason to fear the shit of me with a gun in my face. i did nothing to you and im not even part of a gang yet. ive alrdy had a RDM that day too. but to keep follwiing me after to cops and shooting me down was crap for my experience. 

but to keep harassing me over nothing was pretty lame and i lost alot of time and items. no nhs came to help me even after the storm overall i personally fort it was a crap roleplay.

in the end of day you must of been bored and you was fearing me with your gun and pretending to be the cops.

i felt i was just a laughing post while you was bored waiting for the storm to happen

in the video you can tell i was scared by not even driving very well going in to cars and shit right after the gun was in my face.

 
We was following you throughout the whole scenario waiting round corners but you constantly was running back to the police ratting on us, you warranted your death as soon as you disobeyed my orders, You maybe would have lived to enjoy the RP experience that you would of had if you had valued your life. You may not have liked the RP but it don't give you the right to rule break just because you're not willing or wanting to participate in the scenario.  

I know I didn't have any reason to try and grab you I was just trying to create a RP scenario, originally there was nothing against you personally but after you failed to listen to me then attempt to contact the police on numerous occasions I deemed it necessary to end you.  

Your own actions lead to your death, It is unfortunate that no EMS attended the scene to get you but that's besides the point. You would have still been alive if your actions were compliant.

In future if someone is pointing a gun at you and you do not comply be aware that it won't end well for yourself, not just in RP but as a rule break itself.

and i did do what you said i pulled up. but i felt like you was gunna kill me with that gun in my face and got scared for my life.....i felt you should not used ur gun for that roleplay u was acting like police men. if you didnt use ur gun i would of listened to ur complies more.

First of all, I would like to clarify that everyone can roleplay as cops, gang members, lost MC or an old lady if they wish to do so, that is the point of roleplay. 

The fact that you @TheFurydid not like that someone tried to take you and would have prefered some different roleplay, does not mean that that´s how it´s going to go. I do not at all see a breach of the obove mentioned rules C1.1 or C1.4. They were neither bullying you nor harrassing you as a person, they were playing the game and interacting with your character. 

I very much understand that lines can blur, you need to seperate yourself from your character as much as possible, otherwise you might not be able to enjoy roleplay as it should be enjoyed. 

I will make it short from here onwards. 

Your attitude in this report - not impressing. Please refrain from calling people names on here in future.
Threats to report - You mentioning that you have that incident recorded, sounds an awful lot like a threat. Please read over rule C1.14 again.

I would very much advise you to try and go along with situations once in a while, that might not seem to your benefit at first. You might be surprised how many times it ends with new friends instead of death. 😉
