Please (in detail) describe the incident: As a bit of context, Cutlass and Ballas had a fight on the motorway near Grapeseed, In which I ended up being Incapacitated by a Ballas Member. The fight concluded, leaving the opportunity for both sides to collect there wounded. I was found by a passer-by and was transported to sandy shores pillbox. After I was revived I was sat in pillbox for a moment and got shot out of nowhere. I believe this to be RDM as there was no roleplay provided let alone anything of high quality.

I fail to see how this was RDM, We was just fighting not even 5 mins before this and was moving downed Ballas member to hospital to which I see a cutlass member stood there so he got shot. The fight wasn't finished.

We've reviewed the footage provided and read what both of you had to say,

We looked into this situation and we determined that the situation was still relatively active, by the looks of it Ballas started going to the hospital when all Cutlass was downed and when they picked up their members. When @Rico Roberts retrieved his items, Ballas showed up and he chose to stay for some reason knowing that him and his group was just fighting Ballas. There was many opportunities for @Rico Roberts to leave the area but chose not to.

It's clear that the way @Rico Roberts was shot is a bit shit but its not "random", in no way am I saying after gunfights you can just go to hospitals and kill the person that you were just fighting for the second time, this could come down to common sense.

@Mrbullbag shooting him there was very pointless as he is in a hospital and you are expected to give the player some RP after shooting him instead you chose to drive off, which is a bit low quality.
