Please (in detail) describe the incident: Good evening,

I am a member of Vagos. We are currently "beefing" with Ballas for 4 weeks now, and we've been having scraps almost everyday during this time. In this specific incident, one of our members has seen a Balla handshaking on the road near Garbage hub, he called it out and we made a plan to strike. At the beginning of the video, you can see me confirming our friend and the unknown Balla having a conversation. I call it out, and we strike together. There were 3 guns pointed at him at the time, and he did not comply with the demands to put his hands up, rather he pulled out a gun and attempted to shoot me. I believe this is a clear breach of NVL, as he had 3 pistols pointed directly at him, and he didn't care.

Hello.

From my POV I was entirely focused on the gun Infront of me and to my left and never looked behind myself, once I saw the guy to my left get off his bike at practically the same time as me I simply took my chance knowing his gun would be lowered and another Balla member would be In the area since we had been actively selling. Showing by your clip he came back as It was happening and dropped you before killing another then being ran over out of nowhere by a blacked out Vagos member. (again)

I have nothing else to add other than I'll accept whatever outcome staff decide.

Hi mate,

Regardless of the ongoing beef with Vagos and Ballas, we were there to take you so i dont know what the blacked out stuff come into play, i had been in the entire scenario as you can see from my POV, when your mate on the other bike started shooting and my gun wouldnt fire thats when he was ran over by me in a blacked out car (had my mask on).

Anyways here is my POV from the situation, even when he stepped of the bike you still had 2 guns pointed at you.

Taking into account that you're right next to their turf and have no idea of their numbers (there were a few online at the time). Then I understand Tyson trying his luck, when he see's the second gun lowering. Granted he may not have been aware that you also had a gun trained on him.

I don't see this as a break of the NVL rules, in this case.
