Please (in detail) describe the incident: To save time for myself and the staff dealing with this, I have compiled two combat logs together which happened in the space of roughly 2 minutes from each other.

This person had been seen dealing in the area before so we had chased him for suspected PWITS. He drove into construction site. Tried a jump and failed. He was caught and arrested after a footchase. I arrested him and he was radioing into his boys. Soon after, he 'claimed' he couldn't hear me when I was previously talking to him just fine and he was responding with no issues apparent. I searched him and mid-search he combat logged.

Dom Fletcher had failed to stop for us minutes prior so Venice tactics were authorised and deployed. He seemed to be aware of this and decided to complain once he was hit off the bike as a result. We had him in cuffs and he then combat logged too!
