Please (in detail) describe the incident

I was taken hostage in kavala and this player called Jimmy came to the situation and picked up a gun after the fight and started shooting, after he had been killed he came back to pick up more gear after he picked up a gun and I was saved I sent him a note saying "You just broke NLR rule" and then he just shoots me.

(So NLR and RDM under 2mins he must really want to be banned) I did ask if he could come to TS to talk about the rules he had broke but he said he did not want to.

I was also VDM'd roughly a minute before Andrew died, I also asked him to come on TS and he decided to troll.
