Me and my friend were about to rob some people then a guy by the name of Tyler Ocean came and decided to kill us with no initiation or roleplay. He didn't even say a single word. After that he went rogue and decided to shoot everyone he saw for no reason. I tried to resolve it with him but he just ran off. I have video evidence of it.

Sorry if I shouldn't be commenting but I saw him go on a Mass RDM spree yesterday near Kavala Square where he killed me with a pistol too, if you want video evidence then I can get it.
