Please (in detail) describe the incident: me and a couple other members of the fallen angels noticed a few posts on tweedle by someone called wee willy posting about breaking into a biker club house on tweedle out of the city. we went to go check on a property owned by the club which was empty and afterwards decided to go to paleto to look at the bikes being sold at the lost bike shop there, when we arrived the gentleman who had posted on tweedle made himself known asking to buy a bike and was visible intoxicated after a few minutes a taxi arrived and asked if he could buy a bike from us and we informed him we did not work there and he would have to contact employees of the shop after saying this wee willy told the taxi driver to put his hands up and zip tied him. We asked the gentleman to step away from the taxi driver and after a few times of telling him he stepped away and we untied the driver and let him on his way as you can see in the video.
after this i went to speak to wee willy to tell him not to do that again on the lost premises and to leave and come back when they was here to sell bikes and without the knife i was about to tell him to listen the first time we tell him to step away from someone to do it straight away when he disappeared.
we waited at the scene for at least five minutes after this in case in was a head pop but there was no return, so we moved on i wasn't able to get the session id as i didn't feel before this point there had been a rule break or that there was going to be i believed this to be near the end of the situation at that time.
