Me and Rat were driving around and saw that our friend was downed so we went to check him out, and he was shot down by some guys, and when we got to him some people rolled up on us and we decide to drive off. But these guys decided to shot/kill us with a weak initiation "If you drive off Ill shot your tires" so we drove off and they started to shot at the windows instead you could hear it at the video that the windows shattered many times, and they managed to down my friend Rat and got me in very low health, so i jumped out and hid behind the car i didnt shot or anything but they decided to shot at me and kill me they didnt initiate to shot me or kill me. Their initiation was very poor they only said "If you drive ill shot your tires" which they didnt they shot at me and downed my friend and kept shooting afterwards to.

You had 3 Automatic 7.62s ready to shoot your tyres out and you chose to take the risk of driving away, ricochets happen.
You then took cover and pulled your weapon clearly showing your intentions. 
We even gave you another chance and had someone run at you to initiate.

I shot you after you killed khalifa so not even sure why you reported me, or any of us

You didn't hotmic calling your friends in at around 1:07, rule (3.5) 

Also why you guys going round saying your gang is gonna get us blanket banned for it? Its even in your video so you can't deny it. (2:00)

First of all i didnt matte if i pulled my gun away or not i would have still gotten shot down. I was getting shot while sitting in the car and out side of the car. The ination is very very weak rp. by saying "if you drive off we shot your tires" its like me saying to a hobo "if you run away you legs gonna get shot" and then kill him you guys aimed at the driver and me not the wheels you can hear the windows shatterd first at the first shot which mean you aimed at the player. Its not hard to aim down really. I didnt even hear a ination of telling if i do something wrong ill get killed or shot the only thing you said was "if you drive off you tires will get shot" which is too weak.

That's your opinion, you were shot at because you were clearly intending to shoot back. If you didn't pull your gun and hide it would be different.

"if you drive ill shot the tires" do you consider this as quality RP????? and the windows getting shatterd first as you see in the video which means the driver were aimed to get killed. Didnt really matter if i pulled my gun away or not. You guys decided to keep shooting. I was getting shot during sitting in the car and jumping out which means It didnt really matter if i had my gun out or not. I didnt shot for a quite long time when I jumped out i was waiting for the ination from you guys to come to me. You guys came up to me and threathed to kill me after awhile when you guys were already trying to kill me, It's pretty much fail rp. Inations of me getting killed or nothing were made. So i dont know how you could consider this as "high quality RP"

You're going in circles. I shot you after you killed khalifa. We stopped shooting and gave you a chance to give yourself up which you clearly didn't want to anyway. You shot Khalifa and I killed you.

I wasn't the one initiating, nor did I shoot one of you out of the car, but I don't think either of those people did anything to get reported anyway.

Hello @saffe,

After a very close viewing of your report and reading through the reply's several times, I believe I understand the situation as a whole. The footage you provided is not a minimum of 3 minutes long, but I believe with what the outcome will be, it will be enough.

The first thing you claim "@MnsY" does, is that he poorly initiates on your tires. Mnsy was not the one who initiated on your tires, it was Khalifa .As you claim that he immediately started shooting at your windows, however, as I see the first good few bullets actually hit the ground as I can see the dust being shot up in the air. There are accidents where at times you hit the driver when you mean to hit the tires. As for the poor initiation, he gave you a clear command, that was do not drive off, or your tires will be shot. However your friend decided to drive off and therefor, the he got shot too. After that you say that you were behind the car and that you didn't shoot, yet, you had your gun out right away, as they shot at you because you became a threat, due to the fact that you had your weapon out too. At the point Khalifa runs up to your car and asks if you will put your hands above your head, and you start shooting at him, indeed showing that you did have the intention to shoot if you had the option too. 

As far as I can see the people who you are reporting did not do anything wrong, as they told you what not to do, and you and your friend decided to do just that. You also reported the wrong person. Next time you should pay more attention to that.

However, as brought up earlier by Mnsy, you clearly fail to hot-mic in a situation that did indeed require you to do so, therefor you breached rule (3.5) You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over teamspeak when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay.

I will be denying the report, however, Saffe will be receiving a warning for breaking rule 3.5.
