While following a Tempest Covered in my Ifrit, we drove back to the weed processing and as we got there, 4 people started shooting at our Ifrit with no form of roleplay at all. Not a single word was said. When asked to join TS they refused.

Mitch Conner (one of the 4 guys) tried to take over the situation and get you on teamspeak after you had said about it in side chat, but you didn't our channel.

I would like to input that I clearly stated I would be happy to talk on teamspeak  however we could not join immediately as we were dealing with a recent event which had occurred with the psychos. I also said you are welcome to join our lobby to discuss and wait however you used side chat to say "NO COME TO OUR LOBBY" (neither stating which lobby to join which was extremely unhelpful). 

Due to this I reject that you tried to resolve the issue before reporting it as you could not wait more than 5 minutes to talk on teamspeak. 

I would also like to add that you began vdm'ing the tempest before 5 minutes or initiation which can clearly be seen in that video from 1.40 up to 2.20 multiple times.

firstly, you can clearly see you ramming the tempest, so we retaliated by shooting your wheels. Secondly you can hear us initiating at around 2:31.

Okay, first of all, anything in the video that may be considered as VDM is obviously a combination of both vehicles movements. I am very clearly not doing it intentionally. And you start shooting at 2:31, so this is still RDM.

1.As far I'm concerned you vdm'd (clearly you don't think so so we can leave that there). 

2. Unfortunately due to the hectic nature of the situation I didn't see your messages in game. Considering you had plenty of time to upload this and create the report I'm surprised you couldn't go to our channel after I asked you to. Or look down the list in teamspeak. I even asked in game after we'd dealt with psychos but no one replied. I feel like you have dealt with this situation extremely poorly and with low effort just looking for a ban. 

3. We resolved the issue with the psychos by the books on teamspeak as it should be (unlike this which is wasting admins time who already have enough work as it is). I'm sure Voxilate can confirm that I was more than willing to talk on teamspeak about anything that went wrong indicating you have not done what you could have here to solve the issue.

That doesn't mean a thing. I'm an uninvolved party that you have no conformation whether I'm involved or not. A re-initiation would of had to take place. The fact all of you shot my tires with no verbal communication prior, IMO, falls under..

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

The only reason this report is only against Daniels is because he is the only one who's name you can see in the evidence.

Furthermore these sort of snap decisions aren't always that easy to make. We had seen the ifrits hanging around prior to the enagement so you coudl easily have been with the psychos. Furthermore even in our comms we said 

a) has it been 5 minutes? why is he ramming the truck?

b) natural conclusion oh it must be the psychos we can engage. 

c) that is why we maintain cover initially. 

That is why the RDM has come to a surprise for us and such a big response.

Was the ifrit bright pink? If it was then I'll be 

a. Really surprised

b. Willing to remove this report. 

But unless there is evidence the Psychos were engaging with you in a pink Ifrit, then this is still RDM. Or at least Poor Quality RP (not enough time given to comply)

Khaan mistakes happen all the time. We were back then (willing to comp) and still are. It was just a judgement call that went the opposite way due to certain factors around the situation exacerbated by having new recruits being trained up. Unfortunately it didn't go our way this time and we were wrong. How much did you lose? I'd appreciate it if you removed the report as I do not feel it is deserved.

And now all of a sudden you want to comp me to make it go away? I had conversed with mr Daniels in game for around 2/3 messages where I had told him which Lobby to join at least twice. And had nothing in return after for around 30/40 minutes. I was unable to find the man on TS, and because of the fact he started to ignore my in game messages, I took it to the forums. We have this system for a reason @Mitch Connerso please do not accuse me of wasting admins time..

 I'd also like to point out that this little pissing match you've started is a break of the following 'Report a Player' Rules..

So far nobody has had evidence to put forward and the only person I'm reporting is [TRA] Daniels.

And as my final point, I'd like to remind you that the rule 2.1 (VDM) states that VDM only applies when you use your vehicle as a weapon, and it is quite clear that any of the times when our vehicles touch, it is obviously unintentional which voids the accusation of VDM. 

I leave the final decision with the admin who deals with the report.

I will see what video evidence we have on hand (thank you for pointing this out I was not aware of this rule). A simple ctrl + f in teamspeak would have found us. Or a simple look in the gangs lobbies. Daniel remained in notorious vincere all the time. 

I am not sure why you are not willing to resolve this now as we have clearly shown that we are happy to. Understandably you are annoyed about losing your gear and time but someone being banned does not benefit anyone. 

Obviously there are differing opinions on attempts to rectify through teamspeak however that doesn't mean a discussion on teamspeak can't still take place. 

Finally, this was not your classic case of someone just shooting you in the street rdm, we have clearly explained the circumstances (active gunfight & a small misunderstanding of rules regarding (what looked like) a ramming ifrits and requiring new initiation).

At the end of the day we all want to improve the community and create a better playing experience for everyone, I don't see any benefit in pursuing whats happened here on the forums when human errors were clearly made, nothing malicious.

This has certainly been a lot of reading.

Firstly, the "VDM" I have looked at the evidence provided and you are as much to blame as each other, given most of it was accidental however some looks deliberate to get the other party to hit you. Regardless, I won't take action on either part for the VDM.

Secondly, the RDM, yes, this is RDM however as has been stated comp was offered then and still is now, they came to teamspeak but you didn't Khan. You were too quick to jump to the report Khan.

Overall no bans issued, however @DanzMineyou will need to comp Khan after all, you did say you would and I'am holding you to that. Please make some kind of effort to talk to each other about this and move on.

Dan, fyi, if you don't comp him you will be banned.
