My friend (Handsup Handsup) was taken out of the greenzone against his will in a locked vehicle. Although he jumped in the vehicle, this was an accident and I believe this is against the rules after talking to a police SGT. The kidnapping individual was in a camo Quilin and was called Topi

After this, I then set out to try and find my friend. I found this individual after he executed my friend. I initiate but he decides to drive off. Within seconds, I find Topi again in the Greenzone.

I then try to speak to Topi to consult with him however he then pulls a gun on me. I then mention that I have a gopro and he decides to drive off. A chase then occurs involving Topi running into a Green Zone multiple times.

After trying to brake check me multiple times and a number of shots fired from me, I then get rammed by a white SUV driving the wrong side of the road. I believe this may be a friend of Topi but I am not completely sure and could have been a innocent person who accidentally drove on the wrong side of the road.

After healing up, I continue to chase the vehicles. I then see both vehicles so I eject ready to shoot them. Before I have chance to I am VDMed by Topi leaving me down on the ground. After this, Topi gets out from the vehicle and executes me.

I believe I acted within the rules and I am happy to answer any questions. I will also be writing a compensation request.

Hello there,

Sorry about the late reply. 

After checking through the report I've come to a conclusion. As it seems, in the very first few seconds of you initiating, you say "Stop or I'm going to have to intercept the vehicle". In this situation, you threaten to disable his vehicle, yet as soon as you start shooting, you take shots at the driver rather than the vehicle. That is an error on your end where you should have either as you said, intercept the vehicle and take shots at the tires, OR initiate on the player rather than the vehicle. Even later down the line you start shooting at the player. Now, the reported player on the other hand, he is right to shoot you for opening fire. But he didn't kill you in the correct manor, nor executed you in it. The player fortunately at hand has already been permanently banned for 2.1 and 5.3. Therefor no further action will be taken. However, I suggest in the future you chose your wording more wisely while initiating on a vehicle, and even players.
