From what I can see in the evidence you have provided it appears that "toony" is the main perpetrator in this case and is the one who is continuously breaking RP. As for the other two players seen in the video, I can not differentiate between the two and thus I am not confident in taking action upon either one without me being able to determine who exactly said what. Now as for "toony" - it is apparent that he is continuously breaking RP as well as making some remarks bordering on being homophobic. 

It is due to this that the following sanctions will be applied:

toony - 2 day temporary ban (A2.1) + (C1.2)

Glassy - No further action taken

Billy J Glass - No further action taken
