Please (in detail) describe the incident: NPAS called out a guy selling drugs and a lima unit arrived and started pursuit. I was close by and i joined inn. After a while he broke his bike and we stopped by him. He then decided to logg out. The other unit left and i stayed to see if he came back (he did) he then logged again.

After closely looking at the video you provided and some stuff in our hand

I truly believe this was not a crash and was intentional and since there was no attempt to resolve this from the reported player by either contacting yourself / a staff member
