I genuinely dont know the exact time it was yesterday as im PST maybe even around 6 your time? Not a whole lot sure.

But basically what happened was that we were in pursuit of a car that ended up crashing and the driver died, We detained and questioned the individual and [ tony ] said he had nothing to do with the guy as he was just a hitch hiker, So we went through simple procedures and i unrestrained him then we were just chatting like normal civilians while we waiting for medics. After wards the medics arrived i turned my back for like 5 seconds and the dude picked up the gun and just shot me without saying anything. Then i questioned him why he did that and his friend decided to send me this.

Need to confirm that he didn't say anything to you at all. Can't really hear properly.

He says nothing, Picks up a gun and shoots me. He didn't say hands up or anything.

I can't hear whether he is speaking to you, nor see any previous situations that could've happened for him to shoot you.

The evidence is not strong enough, sorry.
