Couldn`t name everybody as some of them were wearing masks.
When responding to a call in kavala a group surrounded my ambulance and began using the unflip feature to mess with my ambulance they also did it to other cars that passed through

As Dr. Focker I was watching what they were doing, and after they blew someone up you came around the corner, where I stood in front as you stopped to let you know they needed help asap, you can even see me moving off to the side after you start to drive off (Blue highvis) and when you pull into the emergency vehicle bay you can hear me say "Everybody get out, let the guy get revived" (1:50 video time).
You can then hear me say "Hey boy's there's another one down here, let's go" talking about someone downed (2:15)
I then jokingly said "Let's block him in", and as you can see by my movements I can't use the unflip feature as quick as that, once I see people using the unflip feature I move to the side so you can get the hell out of dodge, I even say "Let him go come on boy's, jesus christ" (3:40).
Then at (3:45) I try to tell the guy in the SUV to leave, but I was talking in group chat, even telling people to stop, but then I realise I'm talking in group and that's when you hear me say "Jesus Christ" and laugh at (4:04) and by that point people had already started abusing the feature.

Then after you left, a box truck come's around the corner he hit's me into the food stands and as I'm getting up people are using the unflip feature which causes the truck to blow up, once I finally got up and started to run from it, it blows up killing me, which is why my body wasn't near the truck when you arrived, and once you came round the corner again 2 people who weren't abusing the feature and were trying to get people to stop with me even told you I wasn't involved, but you failed to then revive me and no attempt was made to help me or those who weren't involved had you have listened to them you'd have heard from me that I wasn't involved, and lost some expensive gear because of the server restart at 8pm GMT.

So In short had you have spoken to me, I wouldn't have been apart of your report, you can even view your footage back and see what I'm talking about in regards to my actions.

I'd much appreciate if I was removed from this report.

 I`m Sorry Dr. Focker but when I watch the video I see you run up to the van more than once this to me looks like you were using the unflip feature against my ambulance,

There were so many involved in this incident I couldn't even name everyone on the report let alone message them all to see if I could resolve this with them 

As for me placing a DNR on the people in the area is because when someone breaks a server rule such as VDM/RDM or in this case trolling its the Medics discretion to place one on a particular player which is my right as a Medic to do.

following my points, I will be keeping you named on the report and leaving it to the admin that takes this case on to decide whether or not someone was abusing this feature

I`m Sorry Dr. Focker but when I watch the video I see you run up to the van more than once this to me looks like you were using the unflip feature against my ambulance

The first time is when you come round the corner and you stop and I say to you that they need you're help, you then go to drive off in which I move to the left, then I come running up as you park to say they need help (As people were trying to flip you) then you can hear me ask people to leave the emergency parking area as they kept trying to stay in there, then as you go to leave I say "Block him in" jokingly, and again if you go to that point of the video once they start to flip you're vehicle I move to the side and ask them to stop.

There were so many involved in this incident I couldn't even name everyone on the report let alone message them all to see if I could resolve this with them

2 people along with myself were trying to get people to stop, or asking cars to quickly leave/park.

And that's fine, but 2 people who along with myself told people to move from the emergency parking and when you were leaving and they also tried to inform you that I had no involvement other then jokingly say "Let's block him in" to which I quickly take back when people start to abuse the flip function, and ask them to stop as I move to the right side to let you get past.

And by all rights you can, but keep in mind had you talked to me when I was trying to talk to you along with the 2 other people who were trying to stop what was happening then you'd have realised I wasn't involved other than "Block him in" which like I said I quickly moved so you could get out, even asked people to stop.

In my view I believe that Mr focker used the unfip feature on my ambulance. I believe this because not only did you repeatedly run up to the ambulance and then take a few steps back so that your would not be hit by my falling van.

Towards the end of the video when I was leaving i can see you beside the white SUV while it was also being unfliped over and over again.

I hope you understand my side of the story as is shown in my video of the situation.

I've said this in my past comments, but here it is again:
I ran up to the ambulance 3 times in the whole of the video:
1. When you first came round the corner, and once you stopped you can see me walk in front of the ambulance and say something to the effects of "they need help", and after you started moving I moved to the left of the ambulance.
2. After you hit someone, I came up behind the ambulance and said that you hit someone then I move back as you start to reverse.
3. When you're about to leave I said "let's block him in" which now I realise was silly, but after people started to use the flip feature I moved to the side so you could leave and you can hear me asking people to stop.
 

Towards the end of the video when I was leaving i can see you beside the white SUV while it was also being unfliped over and over again.

Again like I stated in my first comment:
I asked the SUV driver to quickly leave or park it so people couldn't do anything to the vehicle, and like I said in my first comment: I was in group chat, I realised this and you can hear me laugh and say "Oh jesus christ" and to back my claim you can see me as the first person to walk up to the suv and it doesn't at all flip, in fact I was trying to talk to him but I was in group chat, it takes 3 seconds for a car to "flip" I know this as I've worked as ARAC, and I'm not the best of drivers, and you can clearly see I'm there for at least 10+seconds, and then everyone came over and started flipping it.
 

I hope you understand my side of the story as is shown in my video of the situation.

Fully! There's countless time's where I've been the victim to someone breaking the rules.
But I do honestly feel like not only would have talking with me cleared things up, but 2 other people who were also not involved and tried to make people stop with me, they tried to inform you I wasn't involved.

Either way, if you want to continue having me in the report then by all means!
Just wish we could have talked about it when I was downed.
