Please (in detail) describe the incident

While in restraint he logged out and came back in after a minute. He reported towards me, PCSO Rusty and CSO Josh Echo about an elegally DDos Attack towards TN Yuni*s computer and thats why he had to log out. I have my doubts about that since he rejoined the server and played after the inncident.

The reslovement was that either he is lying or he is telling the truth about him getting attacked. So thats why i report this towards the admin for an better look into PCSO Rusty's video and to see if he infact got attacked or not. I also message @Ram about the allege attack. have not yet resived a messege from him about this inncident in question.

One addition, he didn't come to us after the "DDOS", we had to approach him in-game to move to liaison.

To me it seems awfully convenient his DDOS only happens when he is arrested.

As stated above, it did seem awfully convenient that he was being DDOS'd as soon as he was arrested however, I am not totally sure on the situation as for all I know it could've happened to him, or he could've simply pulled his cable out.

I provided proof that I was getting DDOS'd a lot. I even came into teamspeak and showed you my packet loss going up and down. This was not me "pulling out my cable"

Individual persons getting DDOS attacked? Packetloss isn't hard to cause on your own computer.

I'm not the authority here on the decision obviously, and also can't say it isn't true, but I do find it all a bit suspicious as before the arrest there were no signs of desync, and right after the ordeal I saw in the chatlog Yuni was at it again robbing people while during the liaison he was barely able to speak to us because of "DDOS"

Please could you show me how to cause packet loss on your own pc? Packet loss occurs when one or more packets of data travelling across a computer network fail to reach their destination. Packet loss is typically caused by network congestion. Packet loss is measured as a percentage of packets lost with respect to packets sent.

I also even was suggested that I go back to the location and continue with the roleplay I even offered to do that but he didn't want to do that to resolve it.

I dont know, witch is why i want you too see if he acually did had a bad connection or not. True the possibility is there, however as we sorted out why he lagged out as of say, he mentioned instead of lagging out he said and i Quote:

One of my "friends" have been Ddosing me every 5 -10 min

. I would have easly exapted lagging out as an exuse, however as mentioned in the orginal report, I want you to see IF with an big IF, he said was true about him beeing DDOSed by his "Friend". Otherwise, if Yuni would redact his statement as him beeing DDOSed and say "i got lagged out", i will say this report as sorted.

I was actually DDOS'd I even rang the internet provider BT  about this and they were saying I was being "flooded with unnecessary packets, which is most probably some sort of an attack"
