Please (in detail) describe the incident

I pulled up to the drug dealer, initiated on [Tn] Yudi when he jumped into his vehicle and deliberately reversed into my vehicle which subsequently killed me. I spoke to Yudi on teamspeak afterwards and he was under the impression that because I blocked in his truck that he was perfectly within his rights to ram me. When I explained the rule to him and that what he did was wrong, he then decided to chastice myself and a game member of mine Isaac saying that we take the game too seriously, and the shit happens we should just deal with it and stop being whiny f**ts, (unfortunately i had stopped my recording at this point to clip the video showing the VDM).

I kicked him from the teamspeak channel for his toxic attitude, he then decided to message Gooba ingame with another toxic message. which I invite gooba to post below.

First of all I would like to say that I never once called you "whiny f**ts" or told your gangmember that you "take the game too seriously" I tried to come into teamspeak and resolve the situation, we spoke for a bit and you wanted 720k in compensation. I was happy to pay this fee as long as I had proof that your gear cost you 720k. I then asked for proof, you said you were uploading. You then decided to say, "oh fuck off with the comp we're reporting you" To add to that, you also parked your vehicle blocking my way not being able to see were I was going as I was playing in first person. I had no intention of VDM and offered comp ASAP.

@Isaac Ess was also in teamspeak when you were being toxic and subsequently kicked out of our teamspeak channels. I'm sure he'll be happy to comment. @Gooba please post the screenshot showing the metagame and abusive OOC text messages if you still have them.

 
I was in TS when you came in and i clearly remember you saying that " we take this game too seriously" and that " we need to stop whining", not only that but at no point during our TS conversation did you mention that you played in first person or that you never saw the car parked near the truck, what you said is something along the lines of

" what did you expect me to do your car was blocking my truck so i rammed it"  

to be honest it didn't seem like you wanted to resolve anything, it seemed like you came in TS just to try an annoy us with your crappy attitude.

 
Alright fair enough I fucked up by vdming you, I will happily compensate you the money your gear cost and extra? I know I was a dick sending that message and I apologise for what I did. Just let me resolve this by comping you some money.

 
After speaking to Crawly and having shown your attitude in the report as well as trying to resolve I will action the report on VDM.
