Please (in detail) describe the incident

I was driving around Kavala looking to steal some vehicles and I come across a guy selling at the Altis Metal Exports and decide to try my luck and see if I could steal his truck, this plan was not going so well but the guy did not say anything about me lock picking so i continued and eventually got the keys to his truck where I was shot at instantly from a guille guy on the hill side.

A pursuit entailed and I was decamped at Kore bend by a guille who shot at me with zero initiation his name was [TN] Yudi or Yudl which is my first complaint.

After a little game of cat and mouse I then notice a quillin driving alongside of me with multiple armed guys in making a initiation on my vehicle after a little pursuit they decamp and proceed to initiate again on my hemmit with " Stop the truck now or you're tyres will be shot " I find this to be extremely poor RP as you cannot initiate on a hemmit going past you at full speed, the guys in the quillin are as follows :
[AWM] Jinx Jingtai
[AWM] Rob Robert
[AWM] thewarir
[AWM] Niyorah
[AWM] DaanR

These were the guys who said they were in the vehicle when i joined there Team speak channel , This would be my second complaint as several people where shouting from the vehicle and it is poor role play and they were all shooting out the vehicle RDM.

My third and final complaint will be against [AWM] Rob Robert as i exited the vehicle and placed my hands on my head i was shot at and eventually killed by [AWM] Rob Robert, I complied and was unarmed there was no reason for him to kill and it certainly was not carried out with high quality role play.

Also for Ad0lph for VDM as he tried to crash and kill me with his quad.
So to clear things up at what i think was done wrong and you're opinion may be completely different im going to summarise my complaint

[TN] Yudi or Yudl RDM shooting at me with zero initiation.

[AWM] Jinx Jingtai Initiation from a vehicle and poor role play by initiating on a hemmit that is at full speed

[AWM] Rob Robert RDM and poor role play as i had my hands on my head and was killed for no reason.

[AWM] thewarir poor role play for shooting from a moving vehicle after the initiation was not good enough RDM

[AWM] Niyorah poor role play for shooting from a moving vehicle after the initiation was not good enough RDM

[AWM] DaanR poor role play for shooting from a moving vehicle after the initiation was not good enough RDM

Ad0lph For vdm on the truck as he intentionally tried to kill me with his quad



I did try and resolve this issue but i dont think these guys were taking it serious enough by laughing and one guy saying we have been here five minutes already can i hurry up, so after that i left as im not willing to stay around and waste my time educating these guys if they dont appreciate me trying to resolve it, hence the forum report.

I am affiliated in this as i was there, i was laughing at a separate matter. Where have you got the 5 min thing from?

 
Just like the last Big report I will be making an early comment to set some ground rules again.

ONLY the 8 people involved in this report can reply to it. Any unnecessary comment's or any argument will be dealt with by staff  so keep it clean and we want have trouble. 

Warning point's and other possible punishments will be handed out if needed.

 
That may be somewhat bad RP saying to stop or the tyres will be shot but it was all we could say at that time, TCK have intiated on me all the time with this phrase. HAd you stopped the truck we would have RPed more. This video shows you telling your gang mates to shoot at us without warning, aka RDM, and also show one doing so. We shot you because we were being shot at without warning for shooting your tyres and i shot you after one of my men had been downed. we have the video from our point of view aswell. You did not try to resolve this you came in demanding whoever to come and were thrown off by someone not even in our gang saying this, it seemed like you only asked everyone to teamspeak to get evryones name for the report. you are saying you tried to resolve this when you left saying something along the lines of youre not even going to try to resolve this.

 
I'm the guy that was on the quad bike and i tried to make you slow down and i didn't succeed but i never tried to VDM you which i think you can see in the video you see me driving on the left and then in front of you to slow you down but again as i said, never had the intention to VDM you, sorry i apologies for doing that if it looks like VDM Best regards, Ad0lph.

 
ok say at 10:24 in the video we stepped out of the vehicle and initiated on you and on 10:46 you say you really need help because you will get shot from inside the Qilin.

Then you ask your friends to help you. Around 13.00 (hard to tell when on the video) your friend started shooting at us with NO initiation what so ever, nor had you said anything about having friends in the area, in fact you haven't sad anything to us when your friend started shooting (who JUST now entered the gun fight and started RDM'ing us.

by not being able to initiate on a hemmit or w/e vehicle driving top speed ( granted a sports hatchback is gonna have a hard time hearing you at 350) but a hemmit box at top speed is 80 is fully capable of hearing us(as you were fully capable off, and yes stop the truck or we are gonna shot the tyres are fairly bad RP, we don't have the time to say anything else before you cannot hear us, or we gotta assume you can't hear us.

But you did hear us initiate when we had stepped outside the qilin and you expect us to start shooting you after that point.

and you did come to TS and a guy that wasn't in our gang nor with us in the shooting made a joke, then you got pissed and said if we din't wanna take it serious, you would just leave and post it on the forum. we tried to explain to you maybe 3 million times that he wasn't with the gang nor with us in the car chasing / shooting but you din't really seem to care, or you din't hear us over you saying you'd post it on the forums.

I was in the gunner seat and at the beginning I said " Stop the vehicle this is the police " with a bit of a laugh; to add a bit of RP. Then we drove in front of him and said " STOP THE VEHICLE OR YOUR TYRES WOULD BE SHOT!" later on we waited for a good 20 - 30 seconds and started to shoot his tyres. Tbh I have seen over hundreds off people doing the same thing to me also cops do it and I see no problems what so ever I have done, or the group. Btw I was the guy Jinx Jingtai.

Do you guys know the rules , I do not have to say i have friends in the area you initiated , its only the initiating party who has to do let you know they have friends it makes no sense what so ever in that particular situation to get out my truck and run up to some crazy guys with guns who have been shooting at me and say i have friends then get back in my truck and drive away.

Thanks for uploading this for me I thought i recorded it as i was going to upload myself , this proves how childish you lot were at laughing, there was a few laughing and this proves it.

I came to resolve and was belittled by laughter  and left end of.

I DO NOT have to resolve but i always do unless its a clear case of someone not caring about the rules.

I am definitely done now guys as its turning into a bitch fest.

 
yes and you lied when you say me and Rayan Elliott was on the car with them and on your video my friend get out of the car and initiated on your wheels not on your life so this not mean you can not shot them you or your friend because there was no initiated on your life

I asked in team speak who was in the quillin and everyone said the people that are in team speak now were in the vehicle hence the reason you are included in this report, I will say this once more and no more.

I joined the teamspeak and asked to speak to everyone in the quillin and i was told some members did not want to speak to me so i said i need to speak to everyone as there was serious rule breaks here and if everyone involved did not join then i would report it.

I wanted to resolve with everyone those guys who refused to join clearly did not think they had done anything wrong and as i was going over my footage to determine how many guys was in the vehicle and how many guys was in teamspeak a few of you're members were not taking it seriously by laughing, so here we are.

As soon as you start shooting its a threat to life I suggest you go and read the rules before you continue on the server and if you have any questions jump upto staff support for further advice as you clearly do not have a understanding of the server like the rest of you're gang.

 
Hey John, we were trying to assist Rexol the guy selling his Aluminium but we did not have communication with him. We thought he initiated on you whilst you was lock picking his car then we tried chasing you. But you didn't shoot me a message? I am happy to compensate you with the amount of money your gear cost. So no you did not try and resolve this with all of the players. I never actually killed you buddy.

I did not try to resolve with you mate , I apologise I thought I did, jump on team speak and im happy to resolve with you.

yeah but I don't think what you just say mean I was on the car that's mean I was on the loopy on TS I know you say the guys on the car come to this loopy and I come when I was not on the car and this is just because I won't to know what is going on and what mistake my friends done and that's it so can you till me which role I did break !!

Alright, i had john Dillinger and rob robberts with me in Teamspeak. Rob as gangleader of AWM, And John as gangleader of TCK. 
We talked about this situation, and both person came to a solution. 

john Dillinger is happy to drop the report. 

Therefore this report will be REJECTED, As it is RESOLVED. 

I wanna Thank both parties to being mature and resolve this.
